Supply & fix new MS Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, anti climbing device and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers with reqd mech working/ process i.e. cutting, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes, grinding or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide including taking out unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA rupturing capacity conforming to IS suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement stay assembly complete with 20mm dia, 1800mm (min) long GI stay rod with threaded ends and GI nuts with washer, two numbers thimbles MS clamps made out of 40mm x 6mm flat iron including MS nuts, bolts, washers and 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS stay plate, stay bow of size 40 cm long 14 mm dia, loop type insulator including painting the exposed MS work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Earth work, concrete work, stay strand and clamps shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L galvanised stay strand, size 7/4.0 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly incl demolition of concrete and opening of nuts, bolts complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Danger notice plate for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and wtitten as "DANGER" in signal red colour and incl provn and fixed with MS clamps made out of MS flat 25 mm x 3mm , including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling all as specified. Note :- Words shall be written in three languages viz. -Punjabi, Hindi and English.

M & L in replacement for male contact (moving contact blade) & female spring loaded contact(fixed contact jaw) made of gun metal phosphorus bronze with arcing horns suitable for GO switch continuous current rating 200 Amps, 11000 volts, including nut, bolts, washers etc and taking out unserviceable old fixed/moving jaw contact blade set complete.

Supplying and fix switch Air break Gang Operated DO Switch assembly insulators outdoor type HT 11 KV triple pole, 400 Amps, vertical mounting type with fixed contacts and moving contacts of phosphorus bronze with mechnically operated from ground level with polymer insulator on steel frame incl suitable length GI pipe 25mm dia bore(medium grade) with handle and locking arrangment with 12 Nos polymer inuslators with drop out fuses complete including taking out old unserviceable GO DO Switch all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and (clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately).

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade earthed cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material, thimble and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated, screened, armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 95 sqm to 120 sqmm 3 core incl opening cable connections/ taking down, taking old unserviceable joint kit and re-fixing cable complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 Phase, 3 Limb, Dry type Resin cast Potential transformer suitable for compact sub station/ VCB with ratio 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3, burden 100 VA, class 0.5, of size as per existing complete with fixing arrangement and necessary connections all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole including taking out unserviceable HT overhead conductor/cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade earthed system of size 120 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole including taking out unserviceable HT overhead conductor/cable complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial items No 17 & 18 (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection cover/ GI protection pipe including clamps shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) The qty of cable will be executed as per direction of Engr-in-charge as per requirement i.e. short/ long in any type of length.

Supply and fix galvanised pipe light grade of IS marked 100 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/road complete with and including fittings as required including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto as per item No 19 above but of size 80 mm bore. complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables incl taking out old PCC cover and stacking for re-use and getting out soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide but exc 1.50 mtr and not exc 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipes/cables etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches and punned down to thickness of 18cm complete all as specified. Note: The punned down thickness of 18 cm will be measured.

Supply and fix common burnt clay building brick Sub class B designation 75 all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping tec including necessary form work, as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm upto test point and incl Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm from test point to equipment and including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with 1 nos MS handles of 8mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.

All as per item No 29 above but for earthing using GI wire of 4 mm dia as earth lead in 15 mm bore protection pipe complete all as specified and directed..

S & F 25 mm x 3 mm aluminum strip as earth continuity conductor including from test point to equipement complete all as speicified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of PCC HT poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate yellow & black strips of 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping' complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:3:6) duly engraved “HT CABLE / HT JOINT” coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in brown of size 150 x 150 x 900 mm fixed 300mm below ground level all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dry type Resin cast current transformer (CT) having ratio 200-100/1 A, burden 2.5 VA, class 1, STC 21 KA for 3 sec of size and shape as per existing suitable for VCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Dry type Resin cast current transformer (CT) having ratio 200-100/5-1 A, burden 1 VA, 5P10, STC 21 KA for 3 sec of size and shape as per existing suitable for CBs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of 4 pole structure and painting with one coat of aluminium paint to all steel poles, structure such as channel/brackets, bracing, clamps, anti climbing device, cross arms and further painting 30 cm high alternate yellow & black strips with synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting tree branches below, top and around the HT 11 KV/LT line of 03 nos Al conductor and clearing not less than two mtrs around the line and keeping the line clearance through out the contract period by trimming the branches repeatedly as many as times required depending on the growth of new branches including clearing the site by depositing the branches to a distance not exceeding 50 M all as directed and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of VCB installed in indoor sub stations after taking proper shut down and disconnecting existing HT connections/ feeders and shifting with help of crane and reqd manpower carefully and depositing to MES Yard complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Locating & pinpointing conductor and insulation faults of low and high resistance, intermittent or flashing nature in XLPE HT underground power cables of the rating 11 KV with the help of Pre-locator with time domain laptop based reflectometer/ electrometer using pulse echo method, impulse current method & decay method, and using DC high voltage surge generator to produce surge to trace route and pinpointing fault with the help of dual channel digital sound system, magnetic & acoustic for location of fault with acoustic transducer (pickup) and the amplifier with headphones, after pinpointing of faut location necessary excavation and taking out of faulty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable/ cover & brick protection, refilling of soil and removal of surplus soil etc at Jalandhar cantt all as specified and directed. Note: The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The qty of item will be executed at different times during currency of contract as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hence, contractor shall quote his rate accordingly for arranging and executing the items accordingly.

Supply and fix copper tinned fuse wire For HT high Voltage of 8/10/16 SWG size all as specified and directed

Servicing of vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV by taking shut down and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/ in-movable parts, checking all components, close/ trip coil operation, insulators/ studs with megger and replacing unserviceable parts, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, reconnecting all electrical connections, testing, commissioning of VCB complete all as directed. Note: The entire servicing inspection shall be carried out qualified staff approval from Engr-in-Charge. The Spares replaced shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for servicing & testing of Vaccum circuit breaker/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of VCB of capacity 630 Amps and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under and submitting written test report for testing complete:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement of carbon brush of spring charging motor (b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay :- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (d) Testing of followig Aux relay (i) DC Supply supervision relay. (ii) Master trip relay

M&L for replacement of Master trip relay 24V/110V/220V DC suitable for existing 11KV VCB complete.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demand controller relay suitable for 11 KV VCB complete with necessary wiring and connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT jumper made of XLPE insulated aluminium conductor of length 2 metre long with crimped thimbles at both ends complete fixing on 2 pole/ 4 pole structure as reqd at site.

Supply & Fixing fire retardant/extingushing elect insluted synthetic mat "INSULATICA 2000" OF 2.5 MM THICK Conforming to BIS : DOC NO ET - 02 (5440) Dt 30 Apr 04, meeting requirement of IS : 3043, IS 5216 (Part -1, 2 & 3),IS 8437 and IEC 479 Pub -1, tested for breakdown strength, tensile elongation properties, insulation resistance effect of acid, alkaline, Diesel and transformer Oil leakge, current test, etc having a min with of 1000 mm including all pasting matterials such as PU-Resin, chemi bound (hardener), special PVC adhesiv, liquid primer etc suitable for 11000 Voltage systeme and fixed in electrical installation complete alll as directed.

Dehydration and filteration of existing transformer oil/Voltage stablizer oil at site of installation for using transformer oil filteration plant/ machine to eliminate moisture and foreign particles till improved di-electric strength of oil upto 11 KV (minimum) at a 2.5mm electrode gap retrieved and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit below 0.5 mg KOH/Cm all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of transformer oil in sealed containers having di-electric strength 65 (minimum) at a electrode gap of 4 mm upto the required level of transformer and testing of di-electric strength of oil in transformer before and after filling. (Transformer oil to be supplied in sealed container).Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing silica gel breather assembly for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA with silica gel filled complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing silica gel breather assembly for transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 400 KVA with silica gel filled complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for detecting leakage from transformer complete by removing HT & LT supply connections, decanning oil for reuse, opening top cover, removing, scraping of old worn out gasket of oil tank and fixing of cork gasket sheet on the tank top cover and pasted by using suitable adhesive for the transformer, removing old bushing rod with gasket/ packing and fixing bushing rod with gasket complete for transformer of any type/make of capacity 50 to 160 KVA including re-filling oil after heating & dehydration, making necessary electric connections and testing complete on site in existing location (at plinth/in CSS/at pole structure) complete. Note : (i) The items replaced shall be measured under relevant items mentioned at Sr No 1 (a) to (e) Supply only.

Material and labour for rewinding of burnt/ over heated HT/ LT limbs of transformers 11 KV/ 433 volts, 3 phase of capacity 200 to 400 KVA by using double paper covered (DPC) insulation, cotton tape, superior quality insulated copper wire of suitable gauge, size, specification and drying, curing in oven complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement Electronic Hooter 220 Volt AC and DC, 96 mm x 96 mm for fault indication on VCB Panel. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing DC supply wiring of size 2.5 Sqmm with 2 run for VCB complete for detecting fault in DC supply and replacing with new one upto 30 Mtr length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete (M-35) factory made, machine pressed interlocking paver blocks, with grey cement and pigment any shape and size as approved by AGE, laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and supply & Fixing PVC coated chain link fencing 10 gauge thick galvanised steel wire and 50mm x 50mm size mesh fixed to steel fencing post by galvanized iron nut bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed and chain link approved by GE.

Material and labour 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wirefencing / chain link fencing etc. flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting orreveting ,welding, etc. and similar embeding in concret and securing etcand work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as directed.
