(B) Alternator: Suitable rated 35 KVA,at .8 PF, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR brushles, excitation, screen protected, drip proof, insulation class-H, IP -23, self ventilated and confirming to BS 5000/IS 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in before, conformig to IS: 13364 (Part-1) (C) Acoustic Enclosure:- M&L for acoustic enclosure for the above 35 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 meter distance for audible frequencies as per guide lines of Central Pollution Control Board and Manufacturer`s specifications from authorised OEMs of Gen Set manufacturer specified including inside illumination by 02 Nos LED Lights all as per CPCB norms complete. Note: Rate includes the cost of dismentling of existing DG Set of Capacity 35 KVA alongwith cable & earthings connections, etc & shifting to MES store yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of factory made Diesel Engine driven generating set with AMF Panel, fully wired alternator AC to given as out put of 50 KVA continously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz + 1% supply, 1500 RPM directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories,(Duly approved by CPCB 4+), making PCC foundation work of suitable as per manufacturer"s instructions, variation damper pad and other accessories etc., and comparing of the following:- (A) Diesel Engine: Water cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conforming to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3045 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation with the following accessories:. Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete. (a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (c ) Corrosion inhibitor coolant (d) Paper element filters (i) Fuel filter (ii) Lube oil filter (iii) By pass

(e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator. (f) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing. (g) Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT/over speed. (h) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators. (j) Residential silencers. (k) Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows. (l) Motor driven priming pump. (m) Battery charging alternator.(n) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary supports scaffolding as per manufacturer's recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap. (o) Mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree Celsius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet o 30 gauge for the entire length of exhaust pipe. (p) First fill of oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing. (q) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity batteries control. (r ) Fuel pipe class STIC 1" /1.5" /2" dia - 01 lot (s) Self starter 12 volts DC. (t) Electric operated electronic governor. (u) Fuel Injection Pump (v) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's specifications displaying the following:- (i) 12 Voltage Battery. (ii) Water temperature. (iii) lubricating oil pressure. (iv) Engine speed -1500Rpm (v) Engine hours (vi) Frequency.

(vii) Voltage. (w) Safety control (Trip and indication). (i) High water temperature (ii) Low lube oil pressure (iii) Overspeed stop (x) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alonwith AVM pads. (y) Battery:- 12 Volts, 110 AH, 25 Plates maintenance free battery with leads and terminals conforming to IS:14257. (z) Fuel tank: 8 hrs. full load diesel storage capacity fuel tank with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet, fuel outlet, air vent, drain plug, inlet arrangement for diesel filling from exterior canopy (without opening its panel) etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing, complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters,, complete all as per plate No-3, SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified including testing on completion.

Supply, laying, passing through pipe or laid in trenches and testing underground cable XLPE PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3½ core including taking down of old cable all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole/ stay, or cable trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filing in including spreading, leveling watering and well layers n.exc 25 cm width, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exec.50m and depositing where directed at level n.exec. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified in clause no 19.75 of SSR Part-I, 2009, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Un-reinforced precast factory made concrete cable covers, class LV Type-I, with flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.
