M & L for preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 10Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder with binder content by weight total mix using paving bitumen and laying with mechanical paver,rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using power roller of capacity exeeding 8 tonne and not exeeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.50% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be carried out from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. The cost for design mix thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 42/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Providing and laying 50 -75 mm thick Premix Bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher (Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using B.M.) and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 504 MoRTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. M&L for providing 2mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thrmoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profitle shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters, drivenby skilled operator on road surface including cost of material labour , T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt,, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc, complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

S&F cat eye, road stud ABC body conforming to IRC67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tones giving reflection of both sides and fixing with epoxy complete all as specified and directed.

Demollition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floor, skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment (coloured tiles) of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in coping cills, step, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping , kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.
