S&F Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks three layers of 500 ltrs capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vergical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm thick Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including Dismantling of old brocken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface including Applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non–woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm complete all as specified. Note: (a)Water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified membrane on plastered surface as per manufacturer’s instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer technical representative. (b) Manufacturer/approved agencies for APP modified membrane shall be as per approved list.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mub stop/ leveling course on existing roof or sunken floor of toilet portion, rounded and chamfered on edges, complete all as spd and directed

S&F tubular framed steel trusses made out of MS medium grade tube (ERW or induction butt welded) conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 quality 'A', including welding of distance pieces, cleats, special shaped washer etc. and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 69,275.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
