PCC Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in fundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast wall and like , any thickness, above top of footing including attched pilasters and buttressess complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works, vertical or to batter work in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Frmwork to faces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets, staircase railing and similar works including attached pillasters, buttressess etc vertical or to batter work in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm X 20cm X 25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match the surface of tile as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregate) as in floor, laid in panels and position to conform to design and finishing top surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Collapsible steel gate, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handle etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting and also fastening complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in – charge

Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, FE 410-W (Gde-E250) quality-A) in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 40mm thick 2 nd class hardwood boarding, both sides planed with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting) complete all as specifed and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or contrecte surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old/unserviceable security light fitting of any type and make from electric pole, roof /wall of bldgs or any location, any capacity from any height any situation removing material to store for keeping the safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc or for taking credit complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Street light fitting, powder coated, pressure die cast aluminium IP 66, 150 watt with 100 LM / watt compact LED light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens , complete and making connection from DB to fitting including PVC conduit by using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core fixing in existing brackets with required addition /alteration if any or in new bracket complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Item No 26 above but of 60 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement cable junction box with 3 No SP terminals, with IP66 protection made of thermoplastic, weather proof, shock proof, halogen free for hazardous areas with internally embedded gasket and metric knock outs for cable entry suit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Bracket made out of GI pipe 50 mm dia medium grade, 10.2mtr long bent to shape with welded MS flat 50 x 6 mm for mounting of fitting & MS flat iron clamps made out of 50mmX 6mm thick FI nuts, bolts incl taking down old unsv complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm thick layer below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable complete and all as directed & specified.

Sub Class 'B' bricks laid dry flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing PVC tape armoured heavy duty with galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, laid in trenches, /duct/wall or through pipe .fixed to poles etc of the size 16 Sqmm 2 Core with suitable size of cable glands, crimping type cable lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 33 above but of size 50 sqmm 31/2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Fabrication, installation and testing of feeder pillar KIOSK type floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type of size 1.0x1.0x0.5 mtr factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of swize 40 x40x6 mm with friont & rear opening with locking arrangement, contain bus bar chamber to acoommadate 3 phase and 1 nutral copper busbar 40 x10 mm, 200 amp rated fixed on epoxy based insulators in horizontal position in upper part of panel seprate chambers for 01 nos incooming MCCB , 01 Nos for outgoing MCBs connected to busbar by cooper strip of required size duly drilled hole for cable connection and power coated including the PCC foudation of panel all as required at site or directed by Engr-In-Charge. 1. (a) MCCB 100 Amp FP 25 KA (adjustible type) thermal based-01 No. (b) MCCB 63 Amp FP 25 KA -02 Nos (c) Digital Multifuction meter with CT's of required cap -01 No (d) LED type Indicator lamps (R, Y, B) 2. All accessories prewired with suitable size copper condustor cable including making necessary arrangements for fixing all as required at site or directed. Note:- 1. All connectioon to be done with proper size copper/ brass thimels of required size. 2. Control ciruit wiring to be done with single core copper wire .

Scraping of old paint from the street light pole with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative black and yellow (existing colour) straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, chanels etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint including writing Pole Nos. with Black paint all as per specified at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with MS galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I incl PCC1:3:6 type C-1 chamber with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore upto main earthing of pole connected to continuous earth wire on pole, main earth laed up to 7.5 m incl. charcoal, salt complete all as directed at site. (i) Main earthing lstrip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the result of the earthing should be less then 4 ohms is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
