Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall and laid in floor, 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm bore galvanised steel tubes, medium grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings and or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of GI fittings i.e sockets, elbows, tees, bends, wall clamps & other jointing material etc shall be deemed to be included in units rate quoted by bidder.

Supply and fixing stop valves 15 mm nominal bore, brass, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfllly handles, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket complete, fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing bib taps, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water through and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chaajas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed. Note for SI 12 & 13 :- (a) Cost of formwork required shall be deemed to be included in units rates quoted by bidder. (b) Reinforcement shall be measured & paid under respective items of BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, post holes, mass concrete, surface channels, drains and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for light point with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm cable drawn in and including concealed rigid PVC conduit medium grade (ISI marked) not less than 20mm dia with accessories including cutting chases for laying of conduit /fixing of boxes in walls/floor etc including making good to disturbed surfaces as per adjoining specification and terminated in and including sunken pressed steel boxes duly painted with anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer with plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover 3mm thick make hylum or equivalent fixed with nickel polished screws with cup washers etc including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor (green colour) connected with earth dolly with thimble complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, 5/6 Amps, 240 Volt AC single pole, one way complete all as specified. Make : As per Group-1 of Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface type bakelite 65 x 50mm three terminal complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per Group-1 of Appx 'B'.

Material and labour in replacement sub main wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS two run of single core 2.5 Sqmm drawn through in and including PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit (medium grade with all fittings) including earth continuity FRLS copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 2.5 sqmm wire and one run of 2.5 sqmm wire as earth wire through rigid PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, B curve confirming to Osafe series of HPL/ Acti 9 series of Schneider/ Optipro of Indoasian or equivalent under Group-1 makes mentioned in Appx 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, metallic body AC single Phase, 230V of size 225/230mm sweep, with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed. Make : As per Group-1 of Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing energey saving, 5 star rating ceiling fan BLDC type of 1200mm sweep, 230V complete with all accessories (without remote type) as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: As per Group-1 makes of Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing electric water heater vertical type, storage type steel body (outer) and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated with temp control knob complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per Group-1 makes of Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for PVC connection for water heaters with PVC flexible pipe 15mm dia 450mm long, suitable for hot water size with 02 Nos connectors and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceiling fan fixing clamp/ bracket to be fixed with purlin/ steel structure/ wooden joint made of MS flat iron 40x6mm minimum of suitable length and bent to shape making with structure to which it should be fixed including suitable fixing arrangements of down rod 15mm dia with clamp bolt, nuts and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
