All as per Srl Item No.1.00 but cable size 25 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) Junction box, 300 x 200 x 105mm internal size, off white colour, with front hinged type door and locking arrangement with and including provision of 1 No. of 4/6 way bakelite connector terminal block suitable for 3 phase cable upto any size and provision of 1 No. of MCB SP 6-32 Amps, box fixed on pole/ wall with suitable clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc., connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed by Engr -in-Charge and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pre-cast cover RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of 80 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B-1.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road and hard standing for trenchless lateral drilling of bore at depth exceeding 1/4 m but not exceeding 2 m below the road (depth), monitoring using ultra sound technique for drawing with and including 150 mm bore 6 Kg/Sqm heavy duty HDPE pipe in suitable lengths all as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Fabrication, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of LT Panel outdoor type, (CPRI approved) platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3.5 phase 4/3.5 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having suitable capacity bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (Including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The rate quoted is deemed to inclusive of platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm crushed stone aggregate 20cm thick in foundation and of height upto 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge at site. All inter-connonections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual MCCB and should be insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves. The MCCB should be adjustable type. The scope of work includes provision of following :

Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 36 KA at 415 Volts with adjustable microprocessor release - 01 No Outgoing:- (b) MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 36 KA at 415 Volts - 01 No (c) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 25 KA at 415 Volts - 03 Nos (d) Aluminium Bus bar 600 Amps capacity for Phase and Neutral with epoxy insulated coating with colour code & insulated supports - 01 Set of three. (e) Phase indicator LED lamps indicating RYB - 01 Set of three. (f) Internal wiring with PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100V grade, IS 694 marked of appropriate size but not less than 2.5sqmm. (g) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with necessary CT's. - 01 Nos (h) Spare chambers for future extension of MCCBs as per requirement - 01 Spare compt.

Material and labour for fabrication, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of Electric control panel (CPRI approved) for pumping sets, cubical type, for out door type use, floor mounted, factory fabricated, dust, weather & vermin proof, powder coated, made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 MM thick and angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm with front openable with locking arrangements, shutters are each MCCB/ staters having hinges on one side and locating knobs press type on other side and rear openable door complete with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bus bar made out of aluminium strips of rating 500 amps for 3 phase and nutral 415 bolts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provn complete all as specified and including suitable PCC work as per recommended by manufracturer equiped with the following items:-

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt operating 400 amps, 25 KA - 01 No. (b) Outgoing :- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of rating 250 amps, 25 KA - 01 No (ii) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of rating 100 amps, 25 KA - 03 No (iii) Volt Meter, digital type 0-500 volts with selector switch - 01 No (iv) Amp Meter, digital type 0-400 amps , CT operated with CTs and selector - 01 set. (v) Indicator Lamp suitable for indication of 3 phase - 01 set of three. Note : The cost of PCC foundation shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable, pipe, poles, foundation etc. and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dry sand cushioning to underground electric cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Sand shall be fine sand as specfied in clause 14.5 of SSR Part-I. (ii) Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying of old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches over the cable (with length of bricks) perpendicular to the direction of cable, adjacent/abutting each other, complete as all specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630A, 25KA for 1 sec, SF6 insulated, manual, outdoor, non-extensible RMU, type tested in line with latest IEC standards. The RMU shall be suitable for operations at a height up to 1000 meters above sea level and at 40 degree ambient temperature without any deratting. The switchgear and busbar shall all be contained in a stainless steel enclosure filled with SF6 at 0.3 bar relative pressure. The RMU tank shall provide full insulation, making the switchgear insensitive to the environment with degrees of protection of IP67, the switchgear operating mechanism shall have an IP2X protection and cable chamber shall have IP3X. The outer enclosure should be IP 54 type tested, should be powder coated with pure polyester base paint, suitable for the site installation conditions. Accidental overpressure due to an internal arc is limited by the operating of the safety valve, at the bottom of the metal enclosure, away from the operator. Plug in type of extensibility must be provided and coupling busbar should not be exposed to air to avoid oxidation of busbars. Extension of cubicle should only require 450mm to handle and the gap between the coupled RMU's must be 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11kv 630A 4Way Ring Main Units (1 nos. Load Break Switch for incomer and 3 nos Vaccum Circuit Breaker for outgoing) Note :- LBS shall have 3 positions, open or disconneted, closed and earthed and will be constructed in such a way that interlocking prevents unauthorized operations . Manual opening and closing will be driven by a fast-acting/snap action mechanism, independent of operator action. LBS and earth switch shall have a min of 1000 mechanical operations, 100 electrical operations at rated current and 5 Nos operations ar rated SC current.

Each of the above Ring main unit shall comprise of the following : (A) load break switch (LBS) each comprise of the following :- (i) 11 KV, 630A, 25KA/ 1 sec Manual load break switch, with built in line side manual earth switch (ii) Position indicator through clear front mimic in lin with IEC 62271-103 (iii) Live cable indicator with indicators (voltage presence indicator) at the front and three inlets provision to check the synchronization of phases. (iv) Cable box with termination bushing suitable for upto 2 RUN 3Cx300 Sqmm XLPE cable. (v) Fault passage indicator (FPI) with in-built overcurrent short circuit and earth fault indication (in N-1) LBS). The FPI should be self-powered and should have internal lithium battery for external indication and setting of FPI in the absense of the current. (vi) Cable boots suitable for cable size up to 1R * 3C*300 sqmm cable.

(B) vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) each comprising of the following :- (i) 11 KV, 630 amps, 25 KA/1 sec manual VCB with spring assisted mechanisum and series trip coil with built in manual line side three position diconnector cum earth switch. (ii) Position indicator through clear front mimic in lin with IEC 62271-103. (iii) Self powered/ auxiliary powered relay with O/C S/C E/F protection. Relay should have a front USB part for laptop inter face, LCD disply 10 event records 5 fault records minimum 2 setting group and keypad for setting parameters for the relay. (iv) Suitable ratio CT-/1/A class 5P10 2.5 VA for protection . (v) Live cable indicator with indications (Voltage presence indicator) at the and three inlets provn to check the synchronisation of phases, (vi) Cable box with termination bushing suitable for up to 1 RUN 3Cx300 Sq MM XLPE cable. (vii) The circuit breaker shall have 2 positions open or disconnected and closed. A seperate and independents 3 position earthing switch and disconnector shall be fitted to open and earth the cables in such way that interlocks prevent all unauthorised operations. An operating mechanism can be used to manually close the circuit breaker and charge the mechanism in a single movement. An independent shall be fitted for the 3 positions earthing switch and disconnector circuit breaker shall be fitted with a local system for manual tripping by and integrated push button. There will be no automatic reclosing. Circuit breaker shall have a min of 2000 mechanical and electrical operations and 50 Nos dead short circuit operations. Disconnector and earthswitch shall have min of 1000 mechanical operations, 100 electrical operations at rated current.

Additional Notes :- (a) RMU degree of protection shall be IP-54 for outer enclosure IP 67 for SF6 tank. (b) The make of vaccum interrupter shoul be of the same make as the Ring Main Units. (c) An operator situated in front lateral and rear (A-FLR 21KA) -1 sec downwards exhaust for tank as well as cable compartment) of the RMU switch board during and internal fault will not be exposed to the efforts of arcing, internal are type test report for IAC AFLR 21 KA for 1 sec for both tank and cable box should have been for minmum 3 way/3function RMU. (d) All operations shall be front of the RMU including access to cable bushigs. Bushing along the sides or the rear of the RMU are not acceptable. (e) The rate for making foundation for RMU of size as per recommendation by manufacturer and the cost of excavation, brick work, concrete, steel etc. (if any) shall be included in the quoted rate. The drawing for foundation as per manufacturer design and shall be approved by GE. (f) The drawings in respect of RMU shall be approved by Accepting Officer through GE and as & when requested by contractor before placing order to manufacturer. (g) RMU shall be tested by representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises before dispatch as & when requested by contractor. (h) The testing and commissing after installation of the RMU shall be carried out in presence of Senior Electrical Inspector/ rep of Accepting Officer as & when requested by contractor. (i) The cost of all above factors deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for synthetic insulating mat for HT 11 KV substation of size 2 m x 1m x 25 mm thick as per IS code 15652 (2006) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for synthetic insulating mat for LT Panel board of size 2 m x 1m x 12 mm thick as per IS code 15652 (2006) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying of connecting, testing, commissioning XLPE UG cable insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel armoured, heavy duty under ground electric cable aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for HT/LT cable route indicators precast block of size size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with engraving HT/LT MES CABLE" embedded with PCC type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary excvation, returning filling and removal of soil etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for road cutting with good making complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. Clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
