Taking down serviceable Copper strip of any size and M&L in replacement stud insulators and refixing with screws/nuts, bolts and washers welding/brazing of joints/broken points including replacement of shaddles, making good distorted strips (Al/GI/Copper) by hammering/welding as per site requirement & refixing the same after repair also insulating with HDPE pipe of suitable dia /size, complete all as specified and directed. Note : HDPE Pipe and PVC insulators will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. The contractor must employ manpower for the said work with in 24 Hrs post receipt of the complaint and failure to this will impose a penality of Rs. 500/- per day.

S&F in repair air termination, single pointed, copper rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long for lighting conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with PVC shaddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors and welding/brazing of joints above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair copper strip 20x3.15mm with PVC shaddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors and welding / brazing of joints above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair copper strip 32x6mm with PVC shaddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors and welding / brazing of joints above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long hex head screws for lighting conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip 32x6mm with porcelain shaddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia and 25mm long hex head scews for lighting conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6.00mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate no less than 1.5m bellow normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternatie layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC. Test point, GI strip 32x6mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4 tyupe B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm.

M&L in repair earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground in vertical position, earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with copper earthing strip of size 20 mmx 3mm thick by means of brazing between copper strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and copper strip also to be joined by brazing only. The copper earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia PVC pipe up to test point. Earthing shall include provision of funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness), 3rd layer with tibba sand up to ground level. Earthing shall also include concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary form work, earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I , complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Cost of this items includes the scope of earth work, charcoal, salt, PCC, RCC pit cover of required size. (ii) Tibba sand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the cost thereof shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate of this item. (ii) Electrical Plate No. 3 refrred in the item above is mainly for earthing chamber.

M&L for surface dressing not exc 15cm deep for earth pit surrounding area upto 1.5 Mtr away on all sides including cutting and cleaning away grass, bushes, small plant, vegetable shrubs, bushes of under roots etc and depositing waste to nearby garbage bin, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair earth pit chamber with 120mm thick walls in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300x300mm (internal size) x250mm deep with 150mm thick foundation of size 690x690mm using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 15mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast cover of size 540x540x40mm thick with 6mm dia 150mm C/C mild steel bars with lifting handles 02 Nos with 8mm dia MS bar complete including marking of earth pit details , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair and renewal of earthing complete including excavation, earth work, taking down of existing earthing plate and earth lead connection. Cleaning the earth plate and refixing with earth lead connection with and including GI nuts bolts and washers, providing layers of charcoal and salt as per plate No 3 of SSR part I, and M&L for precast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth pit chamber and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover 40mm thick with 6mm dia mild steel bars @ 100mm C/C as in cover and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Test result of of earthing shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge in prescribed format. (ii) Watering pipe, protection pipe and funnel shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M&L galvanised steel tubing 40 mm bore, light grade with all fittings as in protection of earthing lead, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised steel tubing 20 mm bore light grade with all fitting as in watering pipe for earthing as per plate No 3 of SSR part I, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F funnel made out of GI/mild steel sheet 3 mm thick in conical shape, dia of the funnel at bottom is 15 mm and at top is 75 mm, placed on GI pipe for watering the earth, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour chemical Safe Earthing Electrode using M.S Pipes, Outer Dia is 76 mm with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm, Inner Dia is 42 mm with a wall thickness of 2.6 mm, Over all Length is 3000 mm. External Corrosion Protection : Coper Paleted (250+ microns), Internal Corrosion Protection : A ground breaking corrosion resistant Crystalline Conductive Compund filled and compacted in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance. Note :- Protection pipe and copper strip will be measured and paid seperately under respective items as 'Supply only'. However rates for complete bracing material for bracing or exothermic welding of earthing electrode with copper strip and laying / fixing alongwith connected accessories of strip at any loaction is deemded to be included in the quoted rates.

Note : (i) Earth test value is required below 1ohms, if not found satisfactorily result the contractor will be liable to provide extra required materials for achiveing the earth value less than one ohms. No extra cost will be given to the contractor on this account. (ii) In case contractor fails to achieve the desired values no payment will be admissible on this account.

Supply, fixing, commisioning and testing in replacement of Early Streamer Emission (ESE)-Lightening Arrestor/protection system having capacity for radius 79 meters at Level 1 to 107 meter at Level IV along with connecting accessories, NFC I7-102 standard & UNE 21186 Standard certified and CPRI tested complete 01 Nos, comprises with the following components:- (a) Lightening and strike counter 01 Nos (b) GI mounting mast - 05 meter (c) 70 sqmm multistrand copper down conductor and accessories - 10 meters (d) Cu bonded steel rod 3 meter long 17 mm dia 250 micron copper bonded, having a pointed tip at the bottom. Earth test value shall be required below 1 Ohms, if test results not found satisfactorily then contractor provide extra required materials for achieving the earth value less than one ohms and No extra claim shall be given to the contractor on this account. 2. The payment shall only be made after achieving of earth test value less than 1.00 Ohm, failing which no payment shall be done and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.

S&F in repair HDPE pipe 50mm bore with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC shaddles and fixing screws for roof conductors, down conductors and on wall conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/maint of broken/disconnected strip, hanging/loose anywhere in station including shaddles, making good distroed strips (Al/GI/Copper) by hammering/welding as per requirement & refixing the same after repair, also insulating with HDPE pipe on directions given by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Work carried out from earth pit to connection point (Upto 25 m length) shall be paid as one Job. (ii) HDPE Pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (iii) The contractor must employ manpower for the said work with in 24 Hrs post receipt of the complaint failure to this will impose a penality of Rs. 500/- per day.

(v) Checking the working of the chain, if reqd to be changes, then change the same. (vi) Checking the connections of motors. (vii) Checking condition of motor, if reqd to rewind, rewind the same. (viii) Checking the condition of coupling, if reqd to be change then change the same. (ix) Check the nuts & bolts fitted on the door. if reqd to be change then change the same. (x) Check condition of power cables fitted on the doors, if reqd to be change, change the same. (xi) Check limit switch fitted on the door, if reqd to be change, change the same. (xii) Check step down transformer, single phase preventer, terminal block, MCB, HRC and DBR if reqd to be change, change the same.

(xiii) If VFD installed check the same, if reqd to be cahnge, change the same. If VFD installed at all motions check each motion. (xiv) Check the pendent if element and push button reqd to be change, then change the same, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for srl No 24 to 29:- 1. The work against item No 24 to 29 (Maintainance, servicing, repairing, repairing of parts etc) of doors shall be got executed through OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer ) only as per schedule given by Engr-in-Charge. The contractor shall submit the MOU for this aspect within 28 days of Acceptance of Tender. Non adherence of time lines given will impose a penalty of Rs 500/- per day of delay and contract shall liable to be cancelled and no claim of contractor what so ever shall be entertained on this account. 2. The work order shall only be issued to contractor after submission of MOU. 3. Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as 'Supply only'. 4. Parts replaced shall be as per specification given by original manufactuer and as approved by Engr-in-Charge. 5. Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws, washers, Grease etc. required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 6. Warranty of Doors for 01 year must be provided by the contractor through OEM/original manfacturer for the parts repaired.

7. Post Maint/Servicing of the Door, if any unserviceability is reported, the contractor will must employ a technician with helper who is readily available to attend the same with in 24 Hrs of receipt of complaint. Failure to this will impose a penality of Rs. 200/- per hour of delay after 24 Hrs and this aspect shall deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor and nothing extra shall be addmissible on this accounts. 8. If during maintenance / servicing it is found that door of any location is required to be shifted to OEM workshop for repair,then the respective item shall not be executed and measured and the same work shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 60 here-in-after. 9. The above all provisions shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

M&L for opening of all electrical connections from Hanger door from the terminal box of the unserviceable Hanger door from existing position/location, of any make & specifications any of capacity and transportation of Hanger doors (To and fro) in suitable vehicle including loading, unloading, taxes, insurance of doors during transportation etc), to authorised OEM workshop for repairs with opening of all mechanical parts from the Hanger door inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, making the joint inventories of unserviceable items/parts to be replaced for repair works including repairing work to make door fully functional including, cleaning, greasing and overhauling of complete door, re-assembling after repairing and testing, transporting the repaired Hanger door back to the work site, connecting all eletrical/meachnical connections, commissioning of Hnager door and testing the same, complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for the cost of repairing, testing etc as carried out by the OEM in workshop and contractor shall pay the repairing charges to the OEM and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid seperately to the contractor in respective items as 'Supply only' here-in-before. However labour charges at OEM workshop for repairing, connecting, testing etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing extra shall be entertained on this account. (iii) Inventeries shall be prepared at OEM workshop in the presence of a rep of Accepting Officer to be detailed by Accepting Officer. The contractor shall make request for the same to the Accepting Officer. The cost of the same shall be borne by the Contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to be included for this provision. (iv) Any welding work required at site or at work shop shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
