M & L for in replacement TPN MCB 40 to 100 Amps, 4 pole 415 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA of rating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for in replacement MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, having rupturing capacity 10 KA of rating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of cement concrete poles with junction box,clamp and bracket any type of size externally above foundation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer after scraping/cleaning well the existing surface with black and white strips 30cm each up to 1.5 metre height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed .

M&L painting of LT Steel tubular pole with junction box,clamp and bracket any type of size externally above foundation with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping/cleaning well the existing surface incl painting of bottom with black white or yellow color strip 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr high from top of PCC foundation block and numbring of pole with synthetic enamel paint white in 80mm high letter over 150mmx230mm yellow base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC spacer/separators on LT OH line conductor for 4 wire including necessary nuts, bolts and fixing properly on ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement,bracket made out of 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as directed, 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X4mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete all as specified and directed. (Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts).

Supplying and drawing and fixing in replacement of continous GI earth wire/guard cradles 4 mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63mm on LT poles complete all as specified and directed including taking down existing.

M & L in replacement stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14 mm dia, 40 cm long ( over all) galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia 100 cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 23 cm x23 cm x 6 mm thick, 2 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron complete including stay wire 7/8 SWG complete all assprcified and directed including necessary excavation and earth work and PCC 1:3:6 all as shown in electrical plat No.1 of SSR-2009 Part-I (PCC and earth work, loop type insulator, stay clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule) including taking down existing old unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping of poles & LT panels complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the following size including taking out old etc complete all as specified and directed including taking out existing and removing from site (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works.
