All as per serial item No. 02 here-in-before but with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), using approved colour coding, 1100 Volt grade ISI marked including PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 Volt grade ISI marked as earth continuity conductor and connecting to the common earth dolly for 3 pin 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item Srl No 8.00 here-in-before but in existing PVC conduit.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multi stranded PVC insulated, copper conductor, grade 1100 Volt , FRLS cable of size 6 sqmm including 6 sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated for earthing duly connected with earth dolly, with approved colour coding including PVC conduit heavy grade, of appropriate dia. concealed in wall with accessories including cutting chases and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing and taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

Taking down celing fan, sealing cable end, dismentling blades and removing and kept in safe coustody/ store.

Hanging only ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable light fitting on site all as specified and directed Engineer in charge

S&F surface mounting universal batten housing made of powder coated CRCA sheet suitable for upto 1 x 18/20 W LED tube and taking down existing old unserviceable housing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED tube 18/20W ultra bright LED polycarbonate tube with efficacy minimum 2000 lumens, CCT 6500K, PF 0.90 suitable for fitting into exsting/ new batten housing and connections to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core and taking down existing old unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor will submit the LM-80 and LM-79 report form manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge for approval before incorporating the items in work.

Supply and fixing tube light fitting LED 20W inverter batten type fitting 4 feet long aluminium housing, charging time 10-12 hours with 4 hours backup IP20, rated volatge 230 V, 50Hz system of wattage 20W (+/- 10%), current less than 1.2 mA, power factor more than 0.95 and system lumen efficeincy of 100 lm/watt, CCT 6500 K, CRI 80, THD 30%, driver efficeincy more than 85% complete with all accessories prewired and connections to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core all as required at site and taking down existing old unserviceable fitting. Note :- The contractor will submit the LM-80 and LM-79 report form manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge for approval before incorporating the items in work.

M&L switch piano flush type single pole, 2-way, 5/ 6 Amps, 240 V.

Taking out existing old unserviceable distribution box /sheet metal enclosure off size and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete.

Material and labour distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way including fixing in the wall, cutting chases, grounting and making good to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release: 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar factory made made out of Aluminium duly insulated with wire adhesive tape RYB & black :4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp: 4 Nos, MCB SP 10-32 Amp: 08 Nos (Out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with Aluminium Strip of suitable capacity as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used, 240 volt 8 way SPN with bus bar and double door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole and neutral 6 to 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including watering GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade, 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm including 8mm dia TMT bars both ways @ 15cm centre to centre with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel & wire mesh, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete including dismantling existing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm bore and bent to shape 1.5m long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40mm x 5mm thick and drilling of hole for and including nuts, bolts and washers including painting MS clamps with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED security light fitting 45 Watt output, warm white CCT 3000K with IP 66 protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder on existing wall/ bulilding/poles, LED light fitting shall be made up of pressure die case aluminium LM 6 alloy with toughend glass, high power LEDs with efficacy minimum 4500 lumens and secondary lenses with brand name embossed on cover. High power ceramic base, CRI 70, Surge protection of min 5 KV with driver including taking down existing old unserviceable fitting complete. Note:- (i) Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later.

S&F in repair 10 sqmm one twin core cable flat or circular, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor stranded, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections.

S&F in repair octane 24 watt 4000k LED Panel slim compact aluminium die cast edge lit panel recess mounted square fixture with opal diffuser and separate electronic drive, ceiling cut out 284x284mm all as specified and directed. Make Havells or equivalent of crompton /Wipro as approved by GE.

S&F in repair indoor type decorative recess mounted direct/indrect 2'x2' luminaries light fixures 36 watt LED netural white complete including making connection with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair remote control unit suitabe for fan and light mechanism with remote, 4 module including metal sunken box and plate complete all as specified and directed. Make Legrand Cat part No 675975 or equivalent of Havells, L&T, Siemens, HPL, Hager as approved by GE

A Schedule of Credit for old/ unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
