Supply and Install the electric water heater storage type 25 Ltr capacity 5 Star rated of ABS body vertical type glass lined of inner tank and heating element and having the wall mounting arrangement,thermostate,indicators and thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank and heating element and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water & testing and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install the electric water heater storage type 50 Ltr capacity vertical type mild steel glass lined inner tank and heating element and having the wall mounting arrangement, thermostate,indicators and thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank and heating element and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water & testing and all as specified and directed.

S & F the GI tubing medium grade galvanized 15 mm with all fittings (such as tee, elbow, socket , union, short pieces) concealed and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and direted .

S & F of angle valve/cock with flange chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia GI Pipe complete connection all as directed.

S & Fixing the bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down,screwed down,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and and fixed of size 15 mm dial incl all connection as directed and specified .

S & F PVC connection pipe PTMT suitable for geyser connection inlet /out let incl all connection and testing complete all as directed .

S & F MCB SP 6-32 Amps 240 volt fixing on existing MCB DB of any make/type.

S & F MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volt fixing on existing MCB DB of any make/type.

S & F in replacement SPN MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 10.0Sqmm 2Core multi stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified.

M&L for house service bracket (hook type complete with 3.0m long G.I. pipe 40mm dia Medium grade, two nos 90 degree bends. M.S.hook and stay fixed on wall with suitable size of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully street light/flood light fitting of any type/description from poles/walls or any other location & depositing in MES installation for reuse of serviceable fittings in another location in Cantt area complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- All fittings shall be deposed in MES store yard).

Supply, fixing, testing & commisioning of high-quality finless, MC PCB type LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of 5400 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 45W with efficacy not less than 120 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of 5 and CRI 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF 0.95. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 buring hours LED life @L70 from NABL lab shall be provided. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with and IK-08 rating. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable . The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The wattage of each LED should be greater than 1 watt and less than 3 Watt. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip , array multi die , mid power ,Integrated arrays and COB’s are not permitted. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V and have an auto recovery feature. The Potted drivers should be Isolated with inbuilt not less than 4 KV surge protection & not a printed circuit board without casing mounted inside the luminaire. Suitable arrangement to be made for fixing of light in existing braket. The Luminaires shall be aesthetically appealing and should have no extremal visible fins. LED's, driver and fixture should be BIS approved and same make, complete making connections with street light terminal box/overhead conductor with and including PVC insulated & sheathed single core cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 run for phase, earth,neutral & including PVC conduit duly clamped with pole complete all as spd and directed.
