Supply and fixing in replacement Digital Ammeter class 0.5, 0 - 400 Amps digital type square shape 96mm flush mounted with selector switch and CT's 400/5 A complete all as Specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Digital Volmeter class 0.5 , 0 - 500 Volts digital type square shape flush mounted with selector switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium Bus Bar/extended strips of MCCBs, of suitable rating as per required size at site complete all as Specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement single run PVC insulated multicore standard shealthed copper conductor cable of 50 Sqmm single core for internal wiring inside the LT Panel as per standered color coding for three phase and neutral including Copper thimbles of suitable size with nut bolts and insulated from common bus bar to outgoing MCCB complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement single run PVC insulated multicore standard sheathed copper conductor cable of 70 Sqmm single core for internal wiring inside the LT Panel as per standered color coding for three phase and neutral including Copper thimbles of suitable size with nut bolts and insulated from common bus bar to outgoing MCCB complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, Front & Rear openable with locking arrangement, suitable for AC,3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA/MS sheet (Min size 2.0 m x 1.6 m x 0.8 m ) with Synthetic enamel Paint both side. The panel have to provide proper compartment as per IS specification and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor FRLS cable not less than 2.5 Sqmm with thimbles all as directed.Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr hight from GL& 1/2 mtr for Below GL in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregates comprising of following:- LOC:- SBS Enclave & Pump No. 19,197 fd Regt, 5 Madras & 99 Jhoke Road, Church Road. Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr hight from GL& 1/2 mtr for Below GL in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregates comprising of following:- The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following:- (i) Epoxy insulated common aluminium bus bar of capacity 315 Amp TPN each with Color Coding , including aluminium lugs to connect the cable. (ii) Volt Meter 0 - 500 Volts digital type square shape flush mounted with selector switch - 1 Nos (iii) Ammeter 0 - 400 Amps digital type square shape 96mm flush mounted with selector switch and CT's 400/5 A - 1 Nos. (iv) Indicator lamp RYB :01 Set complete

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 metre (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 50 mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth strip 32 x6 mm upto 5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.
