S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hardwood (Sal/ Hollock) glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass guage (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member etc size members of shutters as specified in SSR part I Section-8 clauses 8.24(b) supplied and fitted to chowkhat, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42x50 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickenss. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm ( + 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by insering horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fitted in openings as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Part-II, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made of MS tube for top & bottom rails. Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

(b)Handle of z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long - 01 Nos per leaf. (c) MS Tower bolt 150mm long -02Nos per leaf. M&L in repairs for 18 mm thick solid PVC sheet UPVC Coated Celuka printed in one of two different colours( with wood grain printed pattern /ivory colour finish) as in kitchen cabinet shutters ,all round body of cabinets , shelves ,drawers etc cut to required size jointed with solvent cement & steel screws etc complete all as specified & directed. S&F in repairs polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet frame of width 100 mm & 18 mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc. complete as per manufacturers instruction and specified.

Extra over solid PVC sheet for fixing in repairs 18 mm width & 2-3 mm thick PVC coloured lipping of approved design & colour fixed with solvent cement or headless nails complete all as directed & specified .

Supply and fixing in repairs electric kitchen chimney of size 600/900 mm with maximum suction 1350 cum/hr with filterless technology, touch control, turbo speed option with matel oil collector cup with moton sensor technology and thermal auto clean technology, complete product items, fitting/fixture to be instaulled by authorised manufecturer's instrictions, complete all as directed by GE.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
