Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified & directed

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PTMT valve 20mm high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts including dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n. exc. 500 ltr) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in skirting / dado of size 300mmx600mmx7mm thick, set, jointed in colour cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to a store and rubbish off premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick levelling course in cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick levelling course in cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each including taking out hold fast embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing. Note : Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screw holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for long life.

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles) with 5 mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 5 mm prelam PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of size 595x595 mm incl of ceiling tiles in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking matrix 32 mm metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @120gms per sqm both side incl) consisting of 3600mm long main "T" of size 24x25mm and 0.30mm thick and PPGI sheet wall angle of size 24x24mm and 0.40mm thick. Bottom exposed capping of width 24mm of all T sections shall be 0.25mm thick. PPGI wall angle is fixed align the perimeter of ceilings to walls, partition or columns etc. with rawl plug and wooden screws at 300mm denters. M&L for (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as approved as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be applied both on floor and wall. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly. (b) Apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions of make/manufacturers as specified. (c) Manufacturer/approved agencies for water proofing treatment to sunken slab/portion membrane shall be as per approved list (Note:-The Rate included for WPC )

M&L for 1:5:10 type E2 cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore CI Nahani trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
