EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply, install, testing and commissioning LT distribution panel (CPRI approved) cubical type IP-65 outdoor type conforming to IS 5039, factory fabricated made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/ Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeve. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 45cm long 4 legs of size 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3mm thick should be used at the bottom the entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment, front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi & English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air-vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following :- (a) MCCB thermal release based with overload short circuit and earth fault protection and inbuilt earth release suitable size and capacity, 200 Amps 3 Pole ICU=ICS=36 KA with overload variation 40-100% - 01 No. (Make : L&T/ MDS/ Havells) (b) MCCB thermal release based with overload short circuit and earth fault protection and inbuilt earth release suitable size and capacity, 160 Amps 3 Pole ICU=ICS=36 KA with overload variation 40-100% - 01 No. (Make : L&T/ MDS/ Havells) (c) MCCB thermal release based with overload short circuit and earth fault protection and inbuilt earth release suitable size and capacity, 100 Amps 3 Pole ICU=ICS=36 KA with overload variation 40-100% - 02 Nos. (f) Ammeter 0-400 Amp digital type square shape 96mm flush mounted with selector switch and CT’s 400/5A-01 No (g) Phase indicating lamp “LED TYPE” 03 Nos Notes :- (i) LT panel board should be type tested from CPRI (A copy of valid CPRI type test report to the enclosed while obtaining approval from GE. (ii) SLD diagram for LT panel will be got approved from GE before placing the order and final diagram will be fixed on the front and rear door. (iii) Rate for the above factors deemed to be included in the quoted rates

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm size (internal dimensions) with MS sheet cover 6mm thick and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work, 150mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type D-2 as in foundation, brick work in CM (1:6), locking arrangement and all inner size of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and copping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and shown in drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060/08 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

Material and labour for ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch ‘Y’ junction. Double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot) collars, tail pieces with one end flanged (integrally cast) and one end socket. Spigot caps and plugs suitable for 100 to 150mm ductile iron pressure pipes of K-7 classification and push on flexible rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and directed Notes : (a) DI fittings shall be of same make as of DI pipes or of make as recommended by manufacturers (b) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided whichever is less. (c) All fittings shall be relevant IS stamping marking. (d) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (e) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deemed to be included in the relevant items of DI pipes here-in-before

Material and labour for cutting and joint the existing pipe line for making branch connection of GI pipe of suitable size and making thread for suitable insertion of ‘T’ of size 150mm x 150mm x 100mm connection complete all as specified and directed
