S&F for Pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, tarring back of chowkhats & holdfast etc. complete all as specified and directed. Sheet thickness 1.25mm.

S&F for Pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, tarring back of chowkhats & holdfast etc complete all as specified and directed. Sheet thickness 1.25mm.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type CO (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as filled in door frame chamfered angles, Hold Fast and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of plain framed pannelled door shutters 35mm thick (two layer panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm verneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003, SSR Pt-I kiln seasoned and chemically treated complete all as specified and directed. Type of wood as approved.

M&L for 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters,2nd class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Type of wood as approved.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking down existing Aluminum door shutter and adjusting the floor spring, locking devices, towerbolts and oiling the components and refixing the same on same opening and making smooth function of the door etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 Sqm but not exc. 2 sqm and refixing the same opeing after resecuring or easing and adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but exceeding 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium (Die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or description ) from wooden frames, metal frame or stone concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with silicon sealant in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3.0 mm thick frosted glass sheet, squares n.exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing rubbish off the premises

M&L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in patches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Mortice lock vertical type 100mm size, 4 lever fixed in aluminium shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F floor door stopper of aluminium of 140 mm alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling framed work timber scatling 40 Sq.cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class wrought soft wood in framed work complete all as specified and directed. Type of wood as approved.
