M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 75mm mixed with water proofing compound as in roof padding finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick on roof surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @0.3 Kg/sqm (confirming to IS:3384-1965) applied hot complete all as specified & directed.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid on primed surfaces by forced application complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on Screed bed of cement mortar (1:3) 15mm thick finished even and fair and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 08 above but except tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, bed blocks rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed including necessary formwork.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified & directed and removing from site.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes (of any size and patern), incl all fittings and, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accesaries) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) Rain water pipes in any length fixed to walls complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed and removing rubbish off the premises

M&L 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 19 above but 20mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L, cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed.

M&L, 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP3 laid in trenches including jointing & testing complete with collars complete all as specified & directed.

M&L, for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains pipe of 150mm dia , making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole covers and the like set in cement mortar (1:4) duly placed on manholes including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Non skid cerermic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300x450mm) x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails , braces, etc, complete , drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors , etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging , also fastening conforming to GdeFe 290(Gde E -165)and fixing complete all as specified & directed.
