M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and in coping all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick for soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing BER VT pump set installed at VT pump room in BML including depositing the same in MES store yard including Supplying, lowering, installing, testing and commissioning of VT pump set of flow 705 cum/hr, 1475 RPM,415V, bell mouth and casing neck ring made out of CI, CF 8M impeller, Pump/sleeve made out of SS 410 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge and as per Manufacturers instructions. :- (i) The capacity of motor pump shall be suitable to give a required discharge at the required head. (ii) Old unservicable pump shall be deposited in the store yard. (iii) The required T&P items shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting the rates.

Note1: Neccessary cutting chasing wherever required and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.
