M & L for preparing WMM surfaces by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with booms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 10 kg per 10 Sqm.

Providing and laying 50 -75 mm thick Premix Bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher (Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using B.M.) and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 504 MoRTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Note : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 4% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be carried out from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. The cost for design mix thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ 42/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. The BM shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If ther is to be any delay, by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MORTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately.

Providing and laying premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of agrgregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, and applying evently a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Note : 1. The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.50% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be carried out from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for providing 2mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profitle shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters, drivenby skilled operator on road surface including cost of material (painting material @ 5 Kg/Sqm and glass beads 250 gm/Sqm conforming to Clause No 803.4 of MoRTH), labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt,, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc, complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

S&F cat eye, road stud ABC body conforming to IRC 67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tones giving reflection of both sides and fixing with epoxy complete all as specified and directed.

Demollition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floor, skirting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment (coloured tiles) of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate) as in coping cills, step, seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping , kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/concrete block walling, RR masonary built in any cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fly ash Brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks or brick tiles in brick on edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built inbuilt in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.
