Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, roof kerbs or mud stops, benching, coping, bed plates, parapets, water through and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, edges of interlocking/ chequered tiles etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base, hard standing, concrete surfaces finished even & rough to receive topping floor finish/layer all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete inter-locking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid in floor/ path/ hardstandings in any pattern as approved, laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion and interstices filled with sand using plate vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, post hole, mass concrete, surface channel and drains and other similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe-410-W Gde-E-250 quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore standard PTMT bib tap of any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel tubes 15mm bore, medium grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings and or laid in floors in short/ long length as reqd at site including making connection with existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces i.e. skirting/ dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surface laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing of maintenance free chemical concrete earthing with copper bonded steel electrode of dia 17.2mm, 3 Mtr length and back filling around 150mm bore in immediate contact to electrode with RoHS compliant/ approved earth enhancing highly conductive compound bags of 30 Kg (min) free of hazardous substance, corrosion which should have passed leaching, sulphur & resistivity test. The electrode shall have copper coating of min 250 microns. The necessary joint of rod and copper strip shall be made with exothermic weld system to ensure earth resistance below 1 Ohm and providing FRP heavy duty earth pit cover placed on the electrode, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The quoted rate include any type of excavation/ bore hole drilling reqd at site. The Copper strip and GI pipe of suitable dia upto 7.5m length shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms. If satisfactory result is not achieved, contractor will have to do re-earthing at separate location/ site given by the Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost to the deptt. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers & relevant test certificates before carrying out the earthing. (iv) The quoted rate include any excess qty more than 30 Kg of conductive compound required to achieve the result
