Material and Labour high density polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe of 40 mm innner dia for underground cable protection, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/acce[ting officer.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping / plinth blocks for poles and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary Steel form work and finishing the surfaces fair in forms complete all as specified and directed.

Opening / Disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground LT UG cable of any size & any core from main switch / DB / junction box / LT panel / L T O/H line etc of security lights/street lights/garden lights/flood light/Highmast light. Taking out the length of cable to be required from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable, providing to be required thimbles / connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch / DB / Junction box / LT panel / OH line etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The cost of excavation & earth work,returning filling, in relaying of sand / bricks and cost of drawing to be required length from protection pipe, breaking of brick work / concrete / plaster to be required and redoing to be required for work to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra should be paid on this account.(ii) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly. Note:- During currency period of contract, contractor shall depute the sufficient manpower for attending daily complaints. 1. Minor consumable material required to complete the Job as (like tape, thimbles, Nuts bolts, electrical gloves, M seal etc ) are included in the quoted rates. 2. mobile no of supervisor to be distributed. 3. 24 hrs availability of supervisor and his electricians at Sub Stn, complaint book to be maintained. 4. Complaint will be done within 48 hrs of receiving complaints while in mobile tele communications or any written/verbal/any cummunication medium. 5 Any delay by the contractor to resolve the complaint above the said period, a penalty of Rs 100/day will be fined.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V,of following breaking capacity, thermal magnetic type of capacity including all jointing materials like thimbles, tapes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of size 40/63 Amp 4 Pole, 16 KA. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

M&L for Scotch 3M super 33+ vinyl electrical tape black (3/4 Inch x 66 feet) for repair of LT Cables/panels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of LT over head lines of security lights (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees) and removal of the trimmed branches of trees, removing and depositing the same away from the site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : All tools required for the job should be arranged by the contractor with in the overall cost quoted in the item. Pole to Pole distance shall be measured as one span.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of u/s LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, unarmoured with solid copper cable of size 6 sqmm 3 core , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls/conduits or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE. Taking out of old unserviceable cable are included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of 2 runs of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded aluminium conductor cable and one run of 1 sqmm copper wire as earth continuity conductor drawn through and incl rigid non metalic conduit 20 mm external dia fixed on poles & connecting up complete all as specified and diretced. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length.

S&F in replacement of security lights panel contactor 50 amps 4 pole in timer control panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of u/s LT underground cable of size 25 sqmm, 04 core. heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE. Taking out of old unserviceable cable are included in quoted rates.

All as per item no 14 but cable size of 16 sqmm, 4 core.

Supply only for Aluminium thimble/ferrule suitable for LT UG Cable,1100V for the 16mm size of cable. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

All as per item No 18 above but size of 25 Sqmm.

Taking up or down defective/faulty LT underground cable 1100 volts of size upto 25 sqmm sqmm 3.5 core from the existing trench/duct/pole etc an Re-laying the same in the trenches/duct/pole etc after rectification of defects, including meggering of cable, provn of cable lugs, glands, thimble, insulation tape and connecting up with existing control gears, panels etc as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, returning filling etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for submain wiring with three single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (for security lights connection in poles), drawn in and including 19/20mm dia PVC rigid non metalic conduit / flexibe PVC pipe medium density, ISI Marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

S&F cable jointing kit for Lt 1.1 KV cable for outdoor/indoor termination heat shinkable type end joint complete with jointing meterial and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) 'C' curve current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amps single pole in the MCB DB or FRP looping box of security lights or Lt panels of poles/panelscomplete with connection testing and commissioning. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

All as per above item no 23 but current capacity of 63 Amps, 10KA, C curve Single Pole.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC separator suitable for 3/4 way conductor complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any finincial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

S&F in replacement BOLLARD 15W new genertion energy saving environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed alumium landscape luminarie for diffused lighting with high power LED as light source complete including, PCC blocks directed by Engr-in-charge, GI pipe as required at site and connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED Solar Street Light 40 Watt made with High Efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery with in-built BMS technology, High Efficacy LED, MPPT Solar Charge Controller and Aluminium Extruded body with all necessary acessories required complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LT cable junction box which shall be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should not be less than 200 x 160 x 98 mm, the polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The JB shall be rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complied with requirement of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670 -2-5. The JB colour according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of JB/ Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosers shall be fire reterdant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammablity V-2. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960 degree centigrade. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. Supply and fix in repair 63 Amp, 4 pole power contactor, rated impuse withstand voltage 8KV, rated insulation voltage 690V complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 32 Amp 3 pole power contactor, frequency 50Hz, 690V insulation voltage, rated impulse withstand voltage 8KV complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular decorative pole (3.0 mtr long) made of Pressure Die Cast aluminium body and opal PC cover alongwith fixing and including LED light fitting 60W, IP 66 protection and IK 07 rating, short circuit and over voltage protection facility for Driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of 105 degree and fiiting including making electrical connection and demolishing the existing old unserviceable pole complete all as directed.
