Notes for Srl No. 1 to 26 :-
The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same.
(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be carried out by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload the documents under cover I "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.
(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc
(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.
(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.
(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
