Material and labour for water proofing cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/ old painted surface of wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:- Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 lit (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and Allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 lit (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 lit per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying three coats of white (Lime) wash complete all as specified.

Disconnecting float valve with float arm from PVC service water tank of any capacity, empting stored water through wash outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, re fixing float valve in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing in stencils “Cleaned on:_____(Date)” 3” height on outer face of tank with white paint of capacity of any capacity complete all as directed.

Uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof tiles or any surfaces of bldg including dismantling the required brick work /roof tiles/mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match existing surfaces with same material or concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to place where vegetation removed).The rate shall include for scaffolding or any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height complete all as specified Notes for Srl No. 1 to 26 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same. (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be carried out by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload the documents under cover I "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
