( Make Theeta/Escorts/ISI marked) . Note: Contractor is advised to visit the site and check for element before quotting the rate so that the contractor can ascertain the type of element that need to be fitted on Ground.

Supply only in replacement thermostat switch, ISI marked for Geysers of any capacity size type & make (site requirement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement indicating lamps 230 volts square/round for Geysers of any capacity size type & make (site requirement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement flexible cable conductor 3 core, 2.5 sqmm and connecting electrically to Geysers of any capacity size type & make etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only as in replacement Geysers inner tank made out of 16 gauge stainless steel sheet for 25 litre capacity Geysers of any type & make etc complete all as specified and directed . Note: The tank shall be tested at site and should be able to withstand the requisite hot water pressure. Necessary testing equipments shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for brazing / soldering work with copper brass alloy to rectify leakage/cracked of inner copper/Stainless Steel container of storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge including reassembling / reinstalling at site etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement PVC Nylon thread connection ( hot and cold type) 45/60 cm long with nut at both ends suitable for 15 mm bore pipe suitable for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only as in replacement glass wool in Geysers vessel of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Charge

Supply and fix as in replacement non return valve 15mm for geysers (as per site requirement) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in replacement Stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 15 mm Chromium plated fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement Bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, with capstain head handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe and fixed fo 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in replacement pressure release valve on top of Geysers complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of Single core, FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistaranded of size 4 Sq.mm. (nominal area) drawn through existing PVC concealed conduit and Including one single core green colour PVC FRLSH Insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sq. mm. as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified & directed. Note-Two runs of 4 sqmm as pvc cable and one run of 4 sqmm as earth wire shall be considered as one RM

Supply and fix as in replacement SPN enclosure with two pin and earth metal plug incl MCB SP 20 amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 2 way single door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The DB shall be fiush fixed and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 6-32 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement plug top 15 Amp suitable for Geysers of capacity 25/35/50 ltr complete all as specified and directed

Labour for fixing of geyser after necessary repair of capacity 25/35/50 litre incl anchor bolt ( 12mm X 100mm long) for fixing of geyser on wall complete all directed. Note: Anchor Bolt should be grouted with Hammer drill only. Rate of anchor bolt (12mm X 100mm long) is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply only as in replacement of defective bottom cover plate for geyser of any type, make and size with screws of suitable size as per site requirement made out of 20 gauge MS sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Set of 2)

Material and labour for Cleaning/ Scrapping of old paint/ dust and painting of geysers of any capacity at site/ stores with two coat of super enamelled painting by spray, including writing MES No/GE North complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Rubber Gasket as per site requirement for 25/35/50 ltr geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Attending of day to day Solar Water Heating System complaints taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing and testing of Solar Water Heating System including replacement of unserviceable parts ( Heating element, Thermostat, Hose Pipe, Temperature Gauge) wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor for efficient functioning of Solar Water heating System. The cost of material will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: (i) Schedule of repair to Solar Water heating System is catered for attending day to day complaints and complete the job within 24 Hours , failure to attend and rectify the complaint within the prescribed time shall attract a penalty of Rs 100 per day per complaint. (ii) The taking down, opening up, reassembling, refixing, transportation for workshop and back and testing of system wherever required at the discretion of the Engr-in- Charge shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expenses for efficient functioning. Cost of these elements shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against respective item of this schedule. (iii) All repair to Solar water heating system shall be carried out from an authorized manufacturer/ repair center of the system and proof there of shall be produced to the GE before undertaking repairs. Contractor is advised to visit the site to ascertain the model and manufacturer of system before quoting his rates. (iv) Contractor is advised to visit the solar site and check locations of solar water heaters to be repaired and then quote the tender accordingly. No comments regarding height of building and other inaccessibilty issues will be entertained thereof. Any T&P required to reach the roof and loading and unloading of defective/ unserviceable parts to be done by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) T & P and labour required for taking down of UNSV parts, transportation to workshop and refixing tha same has been catered in this item. (vi) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for making good the worn out/ missing nuts bolts, washers, union socket, flanges and screws etc.

Supply only as in replacement electric heating element of 2 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of capacity 200/400/500 liter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only as in replacement electric heating element of 3 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of capacity 200/400/500 liter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only as in replacement electric heating element of 4 KW suitable for thermostat housing of Solar water heater of capacity 200/400/500 liter as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only as in replacement thermostat switch for Solar water heater of 200/400/500 litres capacity.

Material and Labour for Descaling solar water storage tank, and hot water pipe cleaning with brush and drain out complete sludge / sand diposited in the hot water tank and connecting after complete cleaning up to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brazing/welding to hot water storage tank of solar water heater of 200/400/500 litre capacity made of stainless steel (IA SI-304) 1.6 mm thick.

Supply only as in Replacement of PVC hose pipe for Solar water heating system 200/400/500 litres capacity including clamps , washers, bolts etc where-ever required. ( Set of two)

Supply only Replacement of temperature gauge 0 to 120 degree Centigrade 8" long for 200/400/500 litres capacity water heater.

Supply and fix as in replacement Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade 20 mm bore screwed joints including all fittings such as elbows union sockets fixed in repairs complete on wall with where required fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement GI nipple 20mm bore 6'' long for Hot water tank of solar water heating system of capacity 200/400/500 litres.

Supply and fix as in replacement GI nipple 20mm bore 9'' long for Hot water tank of solar water heating system of capacity 200/400/500 litres.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring etc, making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth.

Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of tees,bends,elbows,reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc all as specified and directedby Enginner-in-charge.

M & L for argon welding of solar heating copper/ iron tank any type, any size of solar geyser including necessary cleaning and necessary connections, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV solar flat plate collector and Supply & fix as in replacement for solar flat plate collector with all necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix as in replacement for solar heating tank of size 200 LPD capacity with heat exchanger complete including insulation with glass/rock wool and outercover of specific thickness necessary connections, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix as in replacement for solar heating tank of size 500 LPD capacity with heat exchanger complete including insulation with glass/rock wool and outercover of specific thickness necessary connections, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PCC foundation and Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

Supply and fix as in replacement for gate valve cast copper alloy 20mm size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix as in replacement for PVC water tank of capacity 500 liter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective existing MS framed supports for (cold water tank/Stainless steel tank/Solar Flat plate collector) and Supply, fabrication and fixing of mild steel frame/staging / height for placing of cold water tank/Stainless steel tank/Solar Flat plate collector for solar water heater made out of mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm, MS flat, plates of size 50 x 6 mm etc. includind nut, bolts etc. including welding ,bending cold , or hot in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enammel paint including grouting in PCC block of 1:2:4 complete.(PCC to be measured and paid for separately in respective section)complete all as specified and directed..

M&L as in replacement for Lagging to pipes used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25 mm thick bonded mineral wool performed SNAPON pipe section of density 144 kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 Of internal 20 mm dia of pipe.
