M& L Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations filling and mass concrete as in sunken floor.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete Type A0 1:1.5:3 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) fillet at corners as directed by Engr in Charge complete.

M&L for priming surfaces with bituminous primer polymerised primer oil based @ 0.30kg per Sqm.

M&L for applying coat of industrial bituminous 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per squqre mtr including cleaning surfaces.

Given sunken floor shall be treated as par following instruction and directed by Engineer-In-Charge (A) The surfaces to be treated shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt ,dust ,oil surface treatments and old coatings .Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or miling to remove cement laitance existing coatings and achive a gripping profile that is clean dry and free from laitance and any other from of surfactue contamination. The installation instructions of manufacturer's published literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (a) Chipping out any visible cracks in V-Groove pattern as applicable. Specail attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks and than filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 PUTTY/Dr fixit 302 SBR latex/perma Laxtex SBR /FOSROC Nitabond SBR laxtex / Asian paints latex as required Final clening of surface with power girnder Wire brush & vacuum pressure if required . (b) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of applIcation of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of SIKATop seal -107 / Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO. (c)Whilist the surface is still damo from saturation (S.S.D.) apply one coat of Acrylic modified cementition coating of SIKA Top Seal-107/brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer,s.instruction. (e) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modifiedCementitious coating of SIKA Top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/DR Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufactureer's instructions on the entire area. (f) Second coat shall be applied 6-8 hours of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (g) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height min. 300 mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (h) It is essential to cure Acrylic modified Cementitious coating immediately after application (min. 6-8 hours drying) for a min. of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. Admixture : SIKA Plastocrete Plus/FOROC/Dr Fixit/ STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645. Waterproofing /Sunken floor treatment has to be carried out though applicators authorised by the respective manufactures and approved by GE.

M & L 25mm thick cement concrete flooring type B-1, 1 :2 : 4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built, in cement mortar Superficial area N.exc 150 sq. cm upto 23cm of depth of wall for repairing of existing spout pipe

M & L for 40mm dia GI pipe,med grade beveled cut at both ends by making hole in walls sunken portion aprox above the RCC slab and ceiling finished the hole with cement plaster 1:2 to match with existing surface complete etc.(Measured for cutting holes shall be paid in concerned sch item)

Demolition of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4.

M/L Non skid Coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squre or rectangle) area of each tile exce 0.11 SqM but not exceeding 0.18 SqM in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted in white or coloured cement to match with including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade fitting complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specifed and directed.

Refixing 15mm old GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubing medium grade fitting complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specifed and directed.

Refixing 20 mm old GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where reqd and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of shelves, for water tubing etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm girth but not exc 20cm girth in stone walls

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation. Scarpping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concreat (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggrigates and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) of weight exc 2 kg per sqm but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 sqm each and thickness of R.C.C member n.exc 75mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Cost of form work and welded mesh( up to 15 Mtr ht) shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface preparation : Chipping of 50mm average thickness of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns ets, with manual chiesel and/or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Anti corrossive coating: Clean the rebars using the rust remover chemical if there is any rust existing, otherwise clean the rebar free of foriegn material. Mix the base and hardener of the anti-corrossive coating like Nitozine primer of Fosroc or equivalent mechanically using a slow speed hanvy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle. Apply the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations etc.(height upto 3 storey building). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : The bars which are badly corroded has to be strengthen by providing new bars of same specification by means of welding or winding. The reinforcing bar shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Epoxy jointing compound: Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make.(height upto 3 storey building)

Polymer modified mortar: Providing, mixing and applying 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers of SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment : The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm). 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers(height upto 3 storey building)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to. (height upto 3 storey building) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar complete

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as spd and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltr but n. exc. 500ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Dismantiling of water tanks of capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs incl all necessary fittings complete.

Dismantling of water tanks (PVC/RCC of any description) exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 500 ltrs PVC rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layer made (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as spd in SSR part-I

Cleaning/Roughening surfaces of old concerete floor/roof, APP by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to romove the dust etc complete all as spd.

M&L APP based polymeric membrance minimum weight not less than 3.0kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application( sealed by flame) with over lap of 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm th. Brick tiles laid on 15mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane complete all as spd and directed.

Fixing only 40mm th. Brick tiles laid on 15mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane complete all as spd and directed.

Dismantling of 100/75mm dia cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required all as specified and as directed by EIC

M&L 10mm thick rendering on top of roof slab in cement mortar 1:4 by using water proofing compound @3% by the weight of cement, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Providing and applying liquid Polyurea-PU based hybrid elastomeric water proofing membrane at existing/newly constructed roofs, RCC structure like basement raft, retaining wall, water retaining structure, tunnels/subways and bridge deck etc. in two or more coats. The product must have pot life of 90 mins., tensile strength 12.6 Mpa, elongation of 500% conforming to ASTM D 2370 & puncture resistance of 200 N as per ASTM E 154 with min. consumption of 1.5 Kg per sqm for 1.2mm DFT in two- three coats. The surface needs to be primed with water soluble self impregnated epoxy primer in two coats to be applied @ 200-250 gms/sqm/coat prior to Polyurea -PU application. Furthermor, (in case the substrate is not suitable) 15mm plaster is advisable for surface prepration before application of the water proofing membrane to avoid pinholes or functional difficulties of the system (Make - Asian Paints, BASF & SIKA) Note:- The application shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacture with a letter of proof stating the authenticity of the applicator firm.
