S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 125 (double rebate) mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made,

M&L for Glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, including Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, including preparation of new surfcaces of wood and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as dircted Note :- including 3 Nos for each door Stainless steel 100mm long but hings with Stainlessd steel screws, 2 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150mm long (ISI marked), 2 Nos stainles steel handles, 125 mm long, (ISI marked).

S&F Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame /shutters for door /window ventilators with one or more rabates including joining cleat for fixing etc , 100 mm long size hinges, tower bolt & handles if required for door ,window and vent to be fixed of ISI marked only complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4.0 mm thick sheet glass/figured glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4.8 mm thick sheet glass/figured glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) compete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/terrazzo finish etc inclduing cement mortar bedding (but not backing),compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450 x 300x 7mm/ 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/terrazzo finish etc inclduing cement mortar bedding (but not backing), compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore bib taps, chromium plated screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule for 15mm bore dia of pipe compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore pillar taps, fancy type, chromium plated, with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F repair stop valve for 15 mm bore dia of pipe, cast copper alloy, chromic plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule compete all as specified and as directed.

S & F repair PVC connection 15 mm bore, 450 mm length, heavy duty, with PTMT nuts compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply andd fixing in repair brass chromium plated shower rose 125 mm size, with swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union, compete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 600mm x 450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick commercial plywood with aluminium beding 15 x 15mm and fied to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers, compete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 16 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, including Taking down or old 15 mm bore pipe (any type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 20 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, including Taking down or old 20 mm bore pipe (any type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with projected MS clamps of size 25 mm x 3 mm thick at 1.2 mtr interval , including Taking down AC eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (anysize and pettern), including bend compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore of PVC (SWR) bends & vent cowl type - A of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) 'P’ trap complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) floor trap of size 100mm, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), for P trap white, including plastic seat cover closed pattern including bolts, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density PVC 32mm dia anti-syphonage pipe etc and connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10 liters capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets including 32mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high desity of PVC compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Viterous china hand basin, white, flat back, fancy type, size 550 x 400 mm including cast iron cartilever brackets 32 mm dia brass waste coupling and including PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia, fixing of waste fittings and union compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proffing compound of approved make compete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair jet spray, CP brass body with wall hook and 1 mtr SS pipe complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipe with socket suitable for connecting to Waste fittings of 32/40mm dia, and of length minium 75 CM compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polye thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with suitable CPVC tank nipple and PTMT float valve of dia 20 mm complete including taking down old one and deposit to store complete alll as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified under:- (a) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust , loose particles etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. (b) Supply and apply a glass fibre reinforced modified cementitious coating system (i) Base Coat : HS LATEX plus ( Consumption base coat 0.30kg/Sqm) (ii) Reinforcement : Glass Fibre (iii) Second And Third Coat : HS Latex Shield 2K (consumption Qty 3 Kg/Sqm) System Requirement : density 2.00kg/ltr abd Compressive Strength : 0.5N/mm2 (c) M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster (1:4) using coarse sand mixed admixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces. (d). 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion. Note:- sunken portion will be fill only with AAC blocks as per manufacturers instructions, Note : HS Power Plasticizer (Consumption :0.10 kg per Bag of Cement )

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compond, including Taking down cement or cement line plaster of any description or bricks or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:6) on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement or cement line plaster of any description or bricks or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without extra, including Taking down cement or cement line plaster of any description or bricks or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces, compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered and other surfaces of walls and Priming with alkali resistant priming paint and appyling two coats of cement base paint over a coat of 1-2 mm thich wall care putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including cornices & pillasters etc as per manufacturer,s specification & instructions including preparation of surface, compete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including a coat of 1-2 mm thich wall care putty

M &L for repairs to ends of chajja by removing the old loose concrete material, cleaning the reinforcement and finishing the surface apply epoxy base resin of manufacturer pidicrete and choksey and make good with concrete 1:1.5:3 as required to existing broken surface and fair and even in cement mortar 1:3 with epoxy coating including necessary scaffolding as required at site etc

M&L for Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work including Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1-2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M&L for one coat of sythetic enamel paint to old surfaces of wood and of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth
