(iii) The Contractor shall deploy suitable Nos of Labours with one site supervisor and will report daily to AGE B/R -II (West) Complaint cell at 9:00 hours for collection of complaints and deposite the same before 17:30 hours to concerned JE (Civil) till contract period. (iv) A sum of Rs. 550/- per day will be deducted from Contractor's RAR / Final Bill, if Supervisor found absent from duty. (v) A sum of Rs. 200/- will also be deducted per complaint if not attended/ cleared within 48 hours after lodging of complaint in Register / Handed over to the Supervisor. (vi) Attendence/ complaint register to be maintained properly at Sub-Division and submitted weekly to GE (W) for review the same.
