M&L for factory made sheet metal enclosure out door type fabricated out of 2.4 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof having entry from lower side with cable gland for XLPE cable of size 25/16 Sq mm 4 core with aluminium bus bar three phase and nautral current carrying capacity of aluminium bus bar should be upto 63 Amps mounted on poreclain insulator complete with operating voltage 415 volts, 50 HZs including one number MCB of capacity 6 Amp 10KA, 'C' curve for street light mounted in sheet enclosure prewired with minimum 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor cable with lugs including locking arrangement complete and enclosure fitted on pole with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Size of sheet metal enclosure and bus bar size as recommed by manufacturer minimum size 300x 160 x 250 mm )Make : CT NO.SLPBTP63 of DVEPL or equivalent in any of the make mentioned in list of products.

M&L for Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10, numbering new pole and applying two coats of synethic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr from top of coping in black and white strip alternately each 30 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work including excavation ,Returning filing,PCC work,removing excated material will be measured and paid separetly under respective items of schedule)

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, 10 Sq mm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 9 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and n. exceeding 3 mtr.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness 18 cm will be considered for payment.)

M&L for Brick covering with equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to poles including use of necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole (Rates including accessories such as bend, clamps, nuts bolts and wasers required for fitting) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Automatic street light timer switch single phase 3kW, 230 V Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P model as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of Nature Switch-02 as the controlling unit, Power Contactor(s) & MCBs 25 Amps (both Input-Output) of suitable power rating and Copper wiring (min.10 sq.mm.) with proper lugs & terminal blocks. The SMC enclosure complete with open able door and mounting clamps. The SINTEX make enclosure is made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound and it is Rust proof, Electric Shock proof, Termite proof, Outdoor mountable conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P or equivalent in any of the make mentioned in list of products.

S&F LED light fitting 90 W LED, CCT not less 6000K pressure die cast aluminium housing ,heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection LED lumen efficacy not less then 120 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED complete fixed on New bracket and making connections with provision of PVC insulated copper conductor (multistranded) FR cable of 1.5 Sq mm size in PVC conduit fixed with clamps complete all as specified and directed. (Note:New bracket and PVC wire, PVC conduit will be paid and measured separetly under respective item of schedule)

Supply, fixing and laying of three core copper conductor PVC insulated cable of size 1.5 sqmm FR multistrand 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.
