Taking down old unserviceable GI/CI pipe 80 mm bore and supply, laying, jointing and testing new Ductile iron pipe (K=7) 80 mm bore centrifugally cast class LA confirming to IS - 1536 spigot and socketed ends in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : excavation, earth work, CI fitting and new run lead joint shall be measured and paid for separetely under appropriate item of Sch 'A')

M & L for disconnecting electric connection and pipe connection and taking out submersible pump & motor of capacity 25 to 30 HP from bore well and taking to workshop for repair and removal of burnt winding wire from motor and rewinding with new PVC insulated copper winding wire for submersible motor of same guage and weight to existing including replacement of , Motor bush, thrust plate coupling complete with key and alignment of motor stater's slote reassembnling the motor with pump and lowering it into bore well making it functional and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item 15 above here in before but capacity 35-40 HP

All as per item No 15 above but for non clog sewage pump motor capacity 7.5 HP including replacement of ball bearings and alignment of motor starter stator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 15 here in before but for sewage pump motor of capacity 10 HP including replacement of ball bearings and alignment of motor starter and slote complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / replacment of unserviceable part of submersible pump capacity 25 to 30 HP such as gun metal bush impeller assembly remetaling/turning to shaft, locking key and MS nuts & bolts of existing size and reassembling the pump with motor and making it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing PVC insulated submersible cable 03 core 1100 Volt AC Supply stranded copper conductor of size 10 sqmm in replacement of old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing PVC insulated submersible cable 03 core 1100 Volt AC Supply stranded copper conductor of size 16 sqmm in replacement of old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI coloumn pipe 100mm dia heavy duty 'C' class with flanged ends drill 3 meter including joining to exising main pipe line comlete al as specified and directed (the cost of nuts bolts washers packing materials and pressure gauge shall be deemed to include in unit rate quoted by the contracror complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv water level indicator device electronic type including PVC copper cable 0.5 Sqm of 10 core and water sencer 07 No with copper PVC cable as required as per site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for lead joint suitable for CI pipe 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment cast iron sluice valve 80 mm bore with flanged ends, ISI mark with Gun metal spindle, CI gate with brass ring and iron wheel handle with jointing material such as nuts /bolts washers and rubber insertion sheet etc including taking out old unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to existing valve pits of internal dimensions 90cm x 90 cm x 90 cm making good disturbed/dismantled brick work in cement mortar (1:4) plastering surfaces in CM 1:6, 15mm thick and PCC coping in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 and providing MS cover in replacement made out of MS sheet 3 mm thick duly welded to MS angle iron frame 35x35x5mm including frame work as per existing size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' (old size bricks) in CM 1:4 (b) M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing even and fair (c) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using cum 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping (d) M&L for any type of mild steel work such as frame sheet 3 mm thick including welding (e) M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to untreated steel surface & prep of surface.

M & L for cleaning & flushing of RCC overhead reservoir of capacity 100000 gallons at 60 feet staging removing of silt and sludge to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from GL etc deposited inside the tank cleaniang entire internal surface of tank with bleaching powder and flushing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and marking date of cleaning with enamelled paint as directed. (Note : Cost of scaffolding upto height of 60 feet shall be deemed to be including in the rate quoted by the contractor)

Attending complaints by deploying sufficient labour (Skilled and helpers) for repair to leakage/blockage of wall/underground water carrying GI/CI/DI pipes of sizes ,20mm to 200 mm bore of any description at any location including necessary excavation & earth work, cutting existing pipe lines, dewatering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i) Complaint shall be notified to contractor on telephone, therefore it is mandatory for the contractor to mention his ‘Mobile Number’ while quoting the tender. (ii) Complaint shall be notified to contractor at any time between 0600 hrs to 2000 hrs and the same shall be immediately attended and defects rectified within six hrs from notification of complaint to the contractor. (iii) Confirmation of attendance & rectification of complaint shall be given in writing by the contractor and same shall be recorded in the ‘Register’ maintained for the purpose. The ‘Register’ shall be produced to this office along with RAR/Final Bill. (iv) In case the contractor fails to attend complaints within stipulated time (i.e. 6 hrs), a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs 300/- per complaint. (iv) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed included the cost of necessary T& P required. (v) Pipes and cost of jointing shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
