SCH 'A' Pt -IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 3.01 to Ser item No 5.02)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 volts grade, drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of 25mm dia in medium grade complete with and including conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), and including modular metal flush boxes concealed with modular natural / white finish front plate with base plate for the mounting of modular switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. etc including 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:- NOTE:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plates, modular frame plates, etc.However modular switches,modular sockets and regulators shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring concealed PVC conduit with two single core of size 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 25 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including one single core of size 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as directed. (Colour code phase-Red, Nuetral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified & directed.Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit , conduit accessories i.e. PVC Clamp, rawl plug, screws, PVC junction box, Tee, bend etc. and earth wire included in sub main wiring and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) Three single core 6 Sqmm cable including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia shall be measured as one length.

Supply and Fixing LED Tube Light Fittings 1200mm, 18 W, 6500K higher energy saving , Decorative ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded aluminum housing, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack and comprising of batten with all accessories internally prewired and connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing INVERTER LED Tube Light Fittings 1200mm, 20 W, 6500K higher energy saving , Decorative ultra slim square profile LED lighting fixture with extruded aluminum housing, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack and comprising of batten with all accessories internally prewired complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, and with and icluding connecting up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Building Security light LED Type of capacity 35W/36W comprising with pressure die cast aluminum housing IP 66 protection with all accessories internally prewired complete all as per manufacturer's instructions with and including bracket made of 40mm dia GI Light grade pipe of 1.20mtr long bent to shape fixed with suitable MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers duly painted with aluminum paint and including connection up with twin core twisted copper conductor cable of suitable size with complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VIII ( SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN-8) drain pipes 150 mm nominal dia as per IS-16098 (Part-II), laid in trenches on and including bed 100 mm thick bedding comprising of well compacted clean poorly graded grave, gravel/sand mixture with little or no fines to required slope, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and pedestal/ anchorage if required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of BOQ/ Sch ‘A’.

Supply and Fixing Factory made SFRC ( Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete Cover and Frame) HD-20mm graded rectangular, internal size 590mm x 590mm and external size of frame 800mm x 800mm x100mm including manhole cover having size 590mm x 590mm x 50mm thick and fixed over manhole and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifie and directed .
