Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 100/150/200mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole exceeding 10 mtr but not exceeding 20 mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning of existing sewage system/pipe line 250/300mm dia (length of pipe line manhole to manhole exceeding 10 mtr but not exceeding 20 mtr) including cleaning of manholes (any type rectangular/square/circular) located in different situations/sites, taking off the manhole cover (CI or RCC) and placing in the same original position after getting out liquid/sludge/solid contents from the manholes/sewage line and complete perfect function/running/flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockage in system with manual labour (rodding manually) or by mechanically sewage suction pump (at contractor;s discretion as required at site) making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 1 to 5 (i) Contractor must employ Minimum Six nos labourer's daily i.e. for Jogender Singh Enclave -02 No, Himgiri - 02 No, Gurnam Singh Enclave - 02 No. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) In case of non attaedence of complaints against BOQ item 1 & 2 by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day and for complaints against BOQ item 3 to 5, a penalty of Rs 100/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due. (iv) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc. and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) for opening of septic tank or sewage wells (any type rectangular or circular) of any size and any capacity in foul condition and bailing out of mudy water, taking out semi solid sludge/solid contents/night soil from tank by manually or mechanically by sewage suction pump (at contractor's discretion) making it fully functional and cleaning the internal surfaces with water to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including all necessary tools and plants required for removal of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge from the site through closed container and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at any distance upto 200 metres from the line/colony area where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork and refixing the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) All the tools and plants including mechanical pump, closed lorry and other allied arrangements for making septic tank clean and functional will be made available by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) The mode of measurement shall be considered 25% of the actual volume of septic tank/ manholes (contains human excreta and water). Cost for the dewatering/bailing out of mudy water shall be including in the unit rate(i.e. qty of solid sludge contents) nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations of manholes, sewerage pipe lines etc including getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete pipe upto and including 150 mm bore pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipe including packing under & hunching against the sides of pipe 150 mm dia ( internal) after they are laid and tested in trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 150 mm dia ( internal) SGSW pipes grade ‘A’ laid in trenches & jointed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., but excluding pre-cast cement concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in ground floor or in any position not exceeding 15 cm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings & mass concrete, sub base, plinth protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for manhole benching, flooring and coping, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1: 4 on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1: 4 on fair / unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, including mixing of WPC in mortar @ 3% of cement content,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material & labour pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in pre-cast manhole cover slabs of any thickness, size or shape including all necessary form work, finishing concrete surface fair & even and set in CM 1:4, including demolition of old cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Supply and fixed mild steel work in rungs, hooks, handels, manhole covers, hold fast & small articles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning/filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to distance not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply only integral water proofing powder ISI make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair CI cover suitable for 75mm dia CI bend/Tee etc. fixed with bolt and gasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair CI cover suitable for 100mm dia CI bend/Tee etc. fixed with bolt and gasket, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and disconecting of existing cast iron soil vent pipe fixed to wall laid in trenches including all fitting & accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixed 100 mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without laid in floor with cement joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixed 100 mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length fixed to wall with cement joints including supply & fixing Stack clamps of 50mm x 5mm flat iron & 16mm dia round iron stays, including nuts & bolts & securing ends of stays to wall & roof, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixed 75 mm dia cast iron soil waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without laid in floor with cement joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair SFRC (Steel fibre reinforced concrete) cover and frame (heavy duty HD-20 grade designation) size of cover 0.70 x 0.70 conferming to IS 12592, fixed in cement cocrete 1:2:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Material & Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) in floors ,area of each tile exceed 0.11 sqm but not exceed 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx 200mm / 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous China squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern white of size 580mmx440mm white with integral foot rests and CI 'P' or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe above floor), including demolation of tile, PCC, taking out mass concrete filling and re filling PCC (1:7:12) type F2 after fixing of WC and trap with proper joints leakproof including PVC flush pipe upto finished floor level, and making good with 30mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 finished rough as a sub base to recieved tile work and including all other connected work as required upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Tile work with screed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply & fixing in replacement vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) white clour (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain and to flushing pipe anti syphonage etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws and plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair PVC low level cistern 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pvc pipe of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern and PVC connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints for drain or rain water fixed along walls with stack clamps made out of FI 50x5mm and 16mm dia round iron stay (interval of 1m) including PCC work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
