Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt (make as approved) over a coat of bitumen of grade VG -10 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per square m , including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th layered APP membrane shall be laid and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete tiles of size 250 x 250 mm and 22mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay) and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC(HDPE) SWR , 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints using solvent cement as per maunfacture instruction, fixed to wall complete all as specified including fixing of pipe to wall with flat iron clamp of size 25x3mm, bolts washers, nuts, nails etc, after taking down existing damaged rain water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor ctc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering) for repairing, cleaning, etc. and hoisting reconnecting and replacing of tank cover with nut & bolts and 20mm dia brass float valve, chuk nuts, socket and fixing in position after cleaning the tank complete all as specified and as directed.

1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water srotage (cylindercal vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water srotage (cylindercal vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) as in splash stone of size 450x600x150mm and set in cement mortar 1:4 string courses, copings kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates , pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings ,throating etc. and setting in mortar with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.
