Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder including removal of waste material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Applying exterior wall putty on external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letter or figures (block, roman italic or Indian) n exc 30cm high complete with the colour of paint and dimension of letter as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Writing stops , commas, short lines, dashes, hypens, brackets etc with the colour of paint and dimension as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer intructions by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per sr item no 14 but for ceiling surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface including washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface, and applying one coat of distemper with oil emulsion on wall including complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing existing treated surfaces on wall including cornices and applying one coat of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work & scaffolding where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour fixed with ss screws ans solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen cabinet shutters complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply fixed with ss screws and solvent cement/ adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour and pasted with solvent cement/ adhesive on frame work of cup boards complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC ply fixed with ss screws and solvent cement/ adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticle surfaces joinfree with rectified edges with glazed economy finish Grade B-II (b) of size 300 x 600mm or bigger size 7 mm thick as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM 1:3 for Dado etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note for skirting only Skirting may be provided from the same tiles as being used in the floor of same room to match in lieu of economy finish tiles but nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Non Skid Ceramic joinfree tiles {Non Skid finish/ Matt superior finish Grade B-I or B-II (b) as approved} 7 to 8 mm thick with rectified edges, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 400mm x400 mm x6 to 7 mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light colour (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile 600 x 600 mm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 15mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick light colour (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile 600 x 600 mm , in skirting / dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs, including removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete/terrazo surfaces in floor and vertical surfaces/RCC roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 3mm (-0.2/+0.3) thick APP with mineral finish (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 5.6 Kg/sq.m water proofing membrane mineral finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps over the coat, 4mm th 5 layered APP membrane mineral finish shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Tensile strength in longitueinal and transverse direction as 600±150/400±150 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 200 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 145 degree (iii) Penetration @25 C d 15-25mm (iv) Water Tightness 10 kPa (v) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and flush pointing as a separate operation in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 47 here-in-before but except tiles (Using old brick tiles obtained from dismantling).

S&F vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) S/P trap white colour of size 520X360X390mm including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe and including plastic seat cover as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc; and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including and taking down existing of any description/size complete in all respect all as specified.
