Supply and fixing of submersible pumping set of discharge capacity not less than 0-48 LPM at 175-90 Mtr head suitable for a bore of 125mm with and including single Phase, 180-240 volts electric motor of, power rating 1.5 kw/ 02 HP suitable capacity with all accessories for proper functioning of pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of all the connecting accessories that are required for installation of the said pump shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidders.

Supply and fixing of Monoblock pump set, electric driven,supply and install complete up to 5 HP inclusive of starter and earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc. for base of pump set with and including all accessories for proper functionning of pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- Cost of all the connecting accessories that are required for installation of the said pump shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidders.

Supply and fixing of Centrifugal Non clog pumping set having discharge capacity not less than 30000 GPH at 10 mtr Head directly coupled on a common base frame with 10 HP MNC self priming Non - Clog pump (ISI marked) Motor 3 Phase 415 Volt 1440 rpm with pipe size 100mm x 100mm including earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc. for base of pump set with and including all accessories for proper functionning of pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note :- Cost of all the connecting accessories that are required for installation of the said pump shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidders.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of complete silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 58.50 KVA or next higher capacity 415 volts (AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directely to alternator, of matching capacity as recommended by the manufacturer on a common base frame and therafter installed in the ( CPCB - IV+ NORMS Compliances) approved acoustic enclosure. The complete set shall be conforming to CPCB norms and complete including AMF control panel with MCCB, 4 pole of suitable rating and other standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturer's design, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return fuel pipe arrangement, exhaust pipe with flexible coupling etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Cahrge and shall comprise with the following :- (a) Engine (Prime Mover) Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable BHP as per manufacture's design, Turbo charged water cooled, self starter 12 volt battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturer design with and including suitable engine control panel/ dash board with RPM cum KWH meter, oil temperture meter, oil presure gauge, water temp gauge and frequency meter (digital type including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, over speed and also including self starter, alternator, cogged V. Belt, fuel tank of capacity for 12 Hrs running complete with first fill of lub oil and coolant etc.

(b) Alternator :- Alternator AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current for output 58.5 KVA, PF 0.8, 1500 RPM of suitable insulation class enclosure/SPDP self excited, self regulated brushes, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine. (c) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternater assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provded by the manufacturer. (d) Base plate :- Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/ specifications. (e) Acoustic enclosure :- Provision of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure (make of enclosure as authorised by the manufacturer's of DG sets and shall be complete as per CPCB norms for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 DBA at one meter distance and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 7 degree centigrade beyond ambient temp provided with one light point inside enclosure with lamp. It shall be made out of 16 SWG or manufacturer's standard norms CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. The doors & glass window shall be as per manufacturer's design.

(f) One Nos 12V x 88 AH maintenace free batteries or as recommended by manufacturer's. (g) The base frame shall be of structural steel as per manufacturer's design with and including the following :- (i) Silencer : Residential and exhaust pipe extending to about 2 metres outside the DG set (ii) Internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded, ISI marked, FRLS type of suitable size with copper lugs, thimbles etc. (iii) Fuel tank complete as per manufacturer's design of capacity 12 hours running (minimum) complete with fuel gauge with fuel pipes etc. Notes for Srl Item No. 8 to 8.03 :- (i) Catalogues operation and maintenace manual, spare parts list overhauling manual sets shalI also be supplied within cost quoted. (ii) Maintenance chart and manufacturer's instruction shall be supplied by with the quoted cost. (iii) Quoted amount shall be inclusive of foundation for mounting of DG set which shall be made as per manufacturer design of 30 cms height (minimum) from natural ground level. The rate quoted by the bidder is deemed to be inclusive of foundation. The foundation shall be approved by GE before installation of DG Set. (iv) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by Rep of accepting/ IEM officer, and all testing equipments fuel and other material shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost by the department.

Supply and fixing of Auto Main Failure (AMF) Control Panel: Changover switch outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 3 mm thick totally enclosed double door type, dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening, duly painted, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz, IP-55 protection having aluminium bus bar of capacity as required to carry current at minimum 110% load of 58.5 KVA DG Set with three phase and neutral colour coded, prewired all as per standard practice and as recommended by DG set manufacturer specifications with and including the following accessories:- (i) Rotary type 2 pole 2 way selector switch (ii) Rotary type 3 pole 2 way selector switch (iii) Automatic battery charger, 24 V DC, 10 A (iv) Contactor, FP, AC -1 duty, 100 A - 02 Nos (v) CTs, 150/5 A, Cl - I - 03 Nos (vi) Emergency stop switch (vii) Inbuilt Battery Charger (viii) Indicators 24v DC - 02 Nos, 220v AC - 01 No (ix) Line (under / over) voltage monitoring relay 415 v AC - 02 Nos (x) Auto / manual switch (xi) MCBs SP qty and rating as per standard design of manufacturer (xii) MCCB with thermal magnetic trip unit rating as recommended by DG set manufacture (xiii) Rotary handle (xiv) Two relay card rail mounted, 24v DC (xv) Push buttons (green/red) for ON/OFF - 02 Nos (xvi) Digital VAF meter, 415v, AC . Note :- Cost of AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No. 08 by the bidder.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc., connected to test termination point protected by 50mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with and including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder. (iii) Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 pit cover shall be 80 mm thick. (iv) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge. (v) Old materials obtained from this item to be deposited by the contractor in MES Store Yard.

Supply, fixing and installation in replacement of Chlorine dozing syslem with new Altoch Dosing System, Model ADS-l, ltem Nr- ADS 100 with Non-metallic soluion tank of 100 Itrs capacity with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throughout the tank, electrically operated chlorine dosing tank consisting dosing tank 100 ltrs of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP lid & level gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator, 90 watts, 1440 RPM, 230 Volts, 50 cycles, 02 Amp and having speed controller to reduce speed upto 800 RPM, with shaft & blade in plastic-mounted on tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/ wall including high pressure single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump set, uneffected on dry running having no loss of prime, independent of back pressure and able to handle both chemical solutions as well as suspension, 230 volts, 50 cycles, AC, 44 Rpm, 1/30 fracion HP having output 2US GPD to 40 U.S GPD complete with accessories i.e. lead tubing, connecting nuts, injecion check valve, clay weight and ferrules incuding complete instalation complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of Dosing system:- ALTOCH Dosing system, Model:- ADS-l Item Nr:- ADS 100, Make of High pressure Single head Gear Motored adjustable Dosing Pump or Declibac, Model:- 96 NGQ51, Item NR:- DPP9651or equivalent as specified in Appendix B-1 of Particular Specififcation. Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter of range 17-24 relay rating, 3 phase, 415 volt, in sheet metal enclosure with Surge Protection Device, Single phase preventor 50 Hz, suitable for 20 to 25 HP capacity submersible pump set including dismantling, disconnecting and taking out unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Old materials obtained from this item to be deposited by the contractor in MES Store Yard.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter of range 17-24 relay rating, 3 phase, 415 volt, in sheet metal enclosure with Surge Protection Device, Single phase preventor 50 Hz, suitable for 25 to 30 HP capacity submersible pump set including dismantling, disconnecting and taking out unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Old materials obtained from this item to be deposited by the contractor in MES Store Yard.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fully automatic Auto start Direct (DOL) on line starter in SS (stainless Steel) enclosure with surge protection device, single phase preventor 50 Hz, 17.4-24 A with 230-400 V coil overload relay suitable for CF Pump upto 12.5 HP including dismantling, disconnecting and taking out unserviceable starter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Old materials obtained from this item to be deposited by the contractor in MES Store Yard.

Supply and fixing of submersible cable 16.0 sq mm flat three core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor 1100 volts for submersible pump complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, fixing, testing and commisioning of AC split type, inverter technology compressor, five star energy saving unit, single phase, cooling capacity 1.5 TR, including Remote Control unit, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating electric driven and split AC copper condensing unit (Outdoor unit) fixed on suitable size perforated angle iron frame for mounting condensing unit as required and evaporator grouted in side room at suitable height with provision of outlet PVC pipe for draining out condensed water upto floor level and gas connection by soldering or brazing including extra copper pipe duly insulated by insulator material and filling of gas where as required and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, fixing, testing and commisioning of AC split type, inverter technology compressor, five star energy saving unit, single phase, cooling capacity 2 TR, including Remote Control unit, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating electric driven and split AC copper condensing unit (Outdoor unit) fixed on suitable size perforated angle iron frame for mounting condensing unit as required and evaporator grouted in side room at suitable height with provision of outlet PVC pipe for draining out condensed water upto floor level and gas connection by soldering or brazing including extra copper pipe duly insulated by insulator material and filling of gas where as required and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, fixing, testing and commisioning of AC window type, inverter technology compressor, five star energy saving unit, single phase, cooling capacity 1.5 TR, including Remote Control unit, anti dust filter, blue fins, two way swings, LED display with electric driven and copper condensing unit fixed on suitable size of window including making hole of suitable size for WAC and finishing the hole by PCC work and filling of gas where as required and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 4 KVA wall mounting type Electronic Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 5 KVA wall mounting type Electronic Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm and 1 run of 4 Sqmm FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including rigid non-metallic PVC Conduit and its accessories of suitable size but not less than 20mm (OD) on stone/concrete wall/roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm and one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper cable and one run of concealed PVC conduit will be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 32 Amps rating10KA, 'C' Curve, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of TPN neutral vertical load line DB double door 4 way with 250 Amp bus bar 415 Volt sheet metal encloser suitable for incomer MCCB 4 Pole including suitable dummy plate single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of TPN neutral vertical load line DB double door 8 way with 250 Amp bus bar 415 Volt sheet metal encloser suitable for incomer MCCB 4 Pole including suitable dummy plate single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volt fixed thermal and fixed maganatic setting of capacity 160Amp, 36KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB Single Pole 240 volts of capacity 40 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for connecting of 1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section 4 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipeswith and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers etc., testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, precast RCC pit cover with frame, charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI earth strip/ lead wire from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder. (iii) Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 pit cover shall be 80 mm thick. Supply and fixing of desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) steel body complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type with hylm sheet incuding box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, installation and commissinong of metal top deep frezeer electric driven (single phase), 300/320 Ltrs cap, steel body complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable etc. and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dry sand cushioning to underground electric cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Sand shall be fine sand as specfied in clause 14.5 of SSR Part-I (2009). (ii) Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Material and labour for bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of bricks for cable protection with well burnt sub class B bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI pipe 40mm dia bore light grade with all fittings for cable protection and fixed to wall, panel, pole or laid in trenches and road crossing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
