Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exceedomg 500.00mtr where directed ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Water proofing tratment to existing roof / terrace (material of water proof treatment as approved by GE) Single component, acrylic based, flexible, micro fibre reinforced waterproofing and heat reflective coating system. the treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and shall include the followings: (a) Preparation of substrate and cleaning it off all loose and triable by mechanical means (b) Open the cracks lines to form , V grooves with cutter/hammer/chisel up to 5-10mm and filling with crack filler and PU sealant. (c) application of primer coat @ 0.2 to 0.3 kg/ sqm followed by the first coat @ 0.75kg/ Sqm. (d) The second coat shall be applied @ 0.75 kg / Sqm and reinforced with fabric re-inforcement between the first and second coat. (e) The top coat of primer shall be applied after the second coat dries off @ 0.05-0.08 Kg per Sqm. (f) The material shall adhere to following specification. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF MATERIAL Tensile Strength 1.5 MPa ASTM D412 Elongation at Break 200% ASTM D412 Adhesion in Peel 1.5 MPa (on concrete substrate) EN 1542 Crack Bridging Ability Passes upto 3.2mm Width ASTM C1305 Permeability to Water Vapour Passes IS 2645 Water Vapour Transimission ~ 23 g/m²/24hr ASTM E96 Water Absorption 10% ( by Mass) ASTM D570 Microbiological Resistance No Algae & Fungal Growth ASTM D5590 Solar Reflectance Index 102 ASTM E1980. Note : Complete material shall be approved by GE and procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. Note : The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer in consultation with GE.

Material and Labour for 40mm average thick PCC padding in 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

Material and labour for cement slurry @ 1.2 kg /sqm spreading with bristle brush and rendering 15 mm (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair mixing with Liquid water proof compound 200ml per 50 kg cement bag on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Liquid water proof compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for Making benching with PCC 1:2:4 type- B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates using with Liquid Water Proof compound as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting of existing tanks of any capacity , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and hoisting,reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7 mm/350x250x7 mm thick on vertical surface as in dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match including dismentling of old tiles including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for Double charge stain free Vitrified ceramic tiles, Premium (1st) quality straight edge, coloured tiles having size not less than 595x595 mm and 8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles including and over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in epoxy grout to match in floors including dismentling of old tiles complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 14 here in before, coloured tiles 595x100 mm and not less than 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, set & jointed in neat and pointed in epoxy grout to match the floor tiles, over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) including dismentling of old tiles complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 15mm thick external cement plaster at any story or any height in CM 1:4 & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs Counter top wash hand basin fixed with green marble including cutting,round edging of marble & 1 Nos 15mm bore chromium plated, fancy type Pillar taps with capstan heads, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts with P trap screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note:- Marble shall be paid seperately under respective item

Supply and Fixed in repair 5 mm thick mirror mounted on 6mm thick commercial ply and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers including PVC frame alround made of PVC channel complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repair rotational mouleded polythene water storge tank any colour triple layer (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified of 500 ltr capacity include dismantling old water tank and remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Suuplying and laying of CPvc pipes SDR 1 of dia 16 mm 1 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches with all the fixing arrangements including taking up or down old GI/Pvc steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (min. weight 20mm-210 gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Supply and fixed 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes type 'B' in any length laid in trenches or fixed to wall with rubber ring joints including supply & fixing Stack clamps of 50mm x 5mm flat iron & 16mm dia round iron stays, including nuts & bolts & securing ends of stays to wall & roof including dismentling Old Cast Iron/PVC pipes including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fixed in repair 110mm dia, PVC(SWR) bends/Tee of any radius diminishing pieces or tappers (larger bore measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-inCharge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces type B single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) floor trap pain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (one coat as a priming coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Material and labour non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) in floors ,area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Baroda Green Marble work 15-16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in shelves/steps, landings, cills, skirting borders, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking plateforms with granite polishing and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2)using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed
