Providing and laying Premix Bituminous Concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of agrgregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from the plant to work site by tippers and laying with hyrdostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The contractor shall quotes the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be worked out from Zonal laboratory/ Govt Engineering Colleges/ IIT/NIT/CTL or any E-in-C/ MES approved lab for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the GE for approval. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 52/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (iii) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

Material and labour for marking strips, straight line, Zebra crossing and stop line not less than 2.5mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint (white or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine and glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm confirming to CI No. 803.4 of MoRTH in strips on road surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of road Aluminium road stud cat eye 100X100x20mm meeting with ASTM and MoR&TH standards with any colour reflector aluminium body colour and two side lens all as specified. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the nail and adhesive conforming to IS, as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm ) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instruction etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Metal Tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (150 x 150 x 300mm) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of speed bracker colour black & Yellow minimum weight 2.90 Kg/RM incl hole as per pieces for fixing anker bolt , reflective strip fitted incl all fittings all as specified by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /Warning sign boards of equilateral triangular/ rectangular shape having both side of size of 3 feet x 4 feet with support length of 3500 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to Stainless steel (Grade 304 ) back support frame of stainless steel hollow tube along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos.60 mm hollow tube of stainless steel to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc and fixing of board in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Min depth 0.750 m including taking down of existing sign board complete all as specified and directed of Engineer-in-charge.
