Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of HT XLPE cable, 11000 volts (earthed), insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment, size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches /pipes /ducts /along poles/ walls/ equipment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be made and paid separately. Excavation & earth work shall be paid once if cable is being laid on same location. (ii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 500 mtrs & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-I, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable indoor type end termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable indoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable outdoor type end termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable gang operated air breaker switch from two pole / four pole structure, and Supply and fixing of gang operated air breaker switch, triple pole, mechanically operated , mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating 400 amps,out door type conforming to IS specifications, HT 11 KV , triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous, bronze and mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangements complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arresters gapless metal oxide type consisting of zinc oxide varistors, FRP core and silicon housing with all fitting transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sprading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 40mm from the bay/yard manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts of the Grid bays, spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade including protection pipe GI medium grade 40mm bore , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion including taking down of existing earthing as exists on site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Any increase in length of earth strip and protection pipe of earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr length shall be measured and paid separetely. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 0.5 mtr away from the earth electrode. (iv) The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point (v) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

Supplying and fixing of cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Exposed steel surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and unexposed surface of steel sections shall be applied one coat of red oxide primer.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm of surface in hard/dense soil for embeding fencing post and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC work as in (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete for post /pillers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills,gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed alusters, walk ways, rallings, framework of water tanks and work conforming to Fe 410 or Fe 310 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing heavy zinc coated (Hot deeped) of 4 mm dia mild steel wire with , mesh size of 75mm x 75 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires any mesh any type to any type of standards rails staining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS Round Bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including bending etc conforming to IS Gradefe 410 W for laying wire mesh complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25X20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of HT and DC connections from existing bus bar and disconneting trolly including servicing of complete parts of RMU 3 way, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductor of existing size as required at site for RMU 3 way of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts/items, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC/ DC connections to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for Srl No 31 to 33:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as supply only in replacement . (ii) Parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacture. (iii) Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of self powered protection Relay of RMU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of resin cast ring core protection Current Transformer of ratio 100/1+1Class or suitable for relay type of RMU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of cable end boots made up of highly dense poly vinyl chloride for higher insulation and crack resistance for 11 KV of size 95 to 185 Sqmm as per sample of RMU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of digital multifunction meter for 11 KV RMU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shunt /closing/ tripping coil as existing of RMU complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of set consisting of 3 HV-PT fuse link for three phases indoor type suitable for fixing in 11 KV RMUs/VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of VPIS Indicator of RMU as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator for HT UG cable of 11000 Volts volted with 40 x 6mm flat iron member of height 0.60m and 80mm dia CI plate, embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 20cm x20cm x30cm block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of tinned copper drop out fuse wire 15 amp, solid conductor of size 28 SWG complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only of self adhesive HT electrical insulation tape of 18 mtrs of colour as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Tracing out fault in 11KV U/G cable with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i). Joint kit to be measured and paid separately. (ii) Neccessary earth work to be included . (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . (iv) T & P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Fault to be intimated on telephonically/Verbal/Letter and to be Rectifed within 24 Hours after that recovery of Rs. 500 Per hour.

Material and labour for Opening of all electrical connections HT/LT from the bushings/terminal box of the unserviceable distribution transformer, indoor/outdoor type from existing position/ location or 4 pole structure, of any make & specifications, of capacity upto 250 KVA & transporting the transformer to authorised dealer workshop for repairs with opening of top cover including conservator, dehyderating breather and allied items, inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, making the joint inventories of unserviceable items/parts to carryout the repair works, cleaning, greasing and overhauling complete including taking out & replacement of unserviceable /worm out parts with new parts, taking out core/ winding coils out from tank and replacement of burnt coils as per existing, fixing parts by draining out of transformer oil to make the transformer serviceable, refilling the transformer oil after cleaning of tank and repairing/dehyderation of oil to get the di-electric strength of oil upto 45 KV (rms), re-assembling after repairing and transporting the repaired transformer back to the work site and placing in original position, connecting all eletrical/meachnical connections, commissioning of transformer on load after testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) The LT/HT coils if rewinded and transformer oil if required for topping, shall be measured and paid separetely.

Material and labour for taking out burnt copper from coils of transformer of any capacity, cleaning all the limbs, rewinding with supper enamelled copper wire of same weight, gauge etc of HT/LT winding with suitable gauge by calculatging mumber of turns as per voltage of transformer, varnishing and drying by vaccum impregnating, replacing insulating material, nuts,bolt etc including testing as per latest IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of transformer porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 11 KV grade complete of transformer capacity upto 250 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Transformer bushings shall be compitable model with make as per existing transformer model.

Supply and fixing of transformer porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 1100 volts grade complete of transformer capacity upto 250KVA , 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply only brass stud with accessories suitable for HT 11000 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double Brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for Tr cap up to 160-250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only brass stud suitable for LT 1100 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for Tr cap 160-250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of breather assembly of transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metalic cover, filled with silica jel blue in colour and suitable for pipe entry of 15/20/25mm dia as per the site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filteration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Test certificates shall be submitted before and after filteration for electric strength.

Supplying, filling and pouring of transformer oil, ISI marked, in sealed containers for Voltage stablizers and transformer, conforming to IS-335 with di-lectric strength not less than 50 KV and testing for strength including recording results complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Purchase vouchers alongwith manufacturer's test certificate shall be produced at the time of payment.

Servicing of HT panel, detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/cleaning of mechanical components after drewout of VCB trolly and testing for smooth operation manual/remote after caliberation of relay trough OEM of VCB/ Test wing of UPPC land resetting & generation of testing report by the primary injection set for 11 KV VCB for OC/EF, parameter of relay setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Worn out minor parts shall be deemed to included in quoted rate. Major parts shall be measured and paid separatel. (ii) Testing and caliberation shall be done from OEM or their Authorised Rep.

Supply and fixing of Trip circuit supervision relay, static relay, monitors trip coil in Breaker ON & OFF suitable for RMU and VCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Spring charging Motor of VCB 110-230Volt AC supply for the opening and closing of contacts, make & specifications as existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only indicator lamp as per existing colour code for 11 KV VCB of make & specifications as existing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only alarm make MP series alarm annuciators or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Voltmeter ranging from 0-12 KV, digital type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Phase over current and earth fault relay Make or in equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of power pack with battery backup minimum time of backup 110V AC/30V DC and connected to HT PT secondary circuit including testing for triping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old bus bar chamber, material and labour for fabrication, supplying, install and testing & commisioning of out door type CPRI approved factory made HT 11 KV feeder pillar box of size not less than 165x80x117 cm with top cover projection around made with 2.15 mm CRCA sheet wheather proof, vermin proof with double door, handle with locking arrangment, powder coated including PVC insulator copper Bus bar 03 Nos per size of 130cm X 5cm X 0.5cm & mounted on HT 11 KV insulator 9 Nos (three Nos per Bus bar) Insulator should be mounted on MS sheet with thickness 3 mm made in shape including wheather proof resistive coating paint the feeder pillar box should be mounted on MS frame made with MS angle of size 60cm X 60cm X 6cm and grouting on ground with PCC (1:3:6) as foundation of MS angles including PCC and earth work for fixing of Bus bar angle iron legs on ground or any surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of entire substation building inside wall, ceiling, floor and outside wall, plith protection with suitable brush / broom & wiper, removing wild vegitation around substation building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
