Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down &re-fixing fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size street light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt /worm out accessories or carrying to MES store (Accrssories or components to be provided free for replacement by department)

Excavation in trenches in Soft/disntegrated not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe/pole etc or soil for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/disintegrated soil in any type of soil all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Supply and fix common burnt clay building brick Sub class B designation 75 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (Heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with strandard aluminum conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for installing out door type sub panel of size 1M X 0.9M X 0.45M with canopy at top 3 phase 4 wire made out of CRCA sheet mounted on PCC platform including suitable busbar of capacity 300 Amp with minimum 60 cm ground clearance with following:- Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 200 Amps 35 KA with Micro processor adjustable thermal setting, ground fault- 01 Nos (b) Volt meter digital type - 01 No (c) Ammeter 0-100 Amp - 01 No (d) Indicator (RYB) - 03 Nos Out Going (a) MCCB 63 Amp - 03 Nos. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted and including , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system with MCCB 63 Amp 01 Nos incoming .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS FI clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as specified of sizes 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing street light switching system connecting and testing of Automatic Street light switch using infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights, Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. Required illumination level for switching on is 30 lux and for switching off 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4 - 12 hours. The sensor alongwith suitable power contactor, incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall moutaed enclosure made out of Rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-54, The circuit should be suitable enough to take 8 kw Three phase load with contactor 25 Amps conforming to IEC-60947-4-1/IS-13947-4-1 & incoming and outgoing MCBs of rating 32 Amps conforming to IEC-60898/IS-8828 and circuit wiring of minimum 10sqmm copper conductor wire in and including providing of 50x6mm flat iron clamp, necessary nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket 45 degree (50mm GI) with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, install hot dip galvanized steel (IS 5986 Gr. Fe 510) Octagonal pole Model HM-/7 , Make -Crompton Greaves of 7.0 mtr long, top die 70 mm botom dia 130 mm having thickness 3 mm having door operating box of size 500 mm above ground level with CI Base plate of size 240x240x16mm having PCD 205 mm foundation J bolts700 mm nuts and screws, Nos of bolts 4 x 20 and having hot dip galvanised single plain arm bracket 1000 mm overhang on only one side with 48.3 mm outer dia pipe of thickness 3.2 mm fixed on top with bolts and necessary earth work RCC & PCC work for the foundation of pole, including necessary form work and fare finish to exposed surface without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB Complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Re- fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm upto test point and incl Aluminium strip 25x3.15mm from test point to equipment and including GI pipe 40mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with 1 nos MS handles of 8mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.

M & L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending and including MS wire (annealed) n. less than 0.9 mm dia of securing with clips for use foundation of PCC for Octagonal Street Lifght Pole complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing Cable Jointing Kit for 1100 V grade earthed cable for indoor type termination cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material, thimble and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated, screened, armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 150 sqm to 300 sqmm 3 core incl opening cable connections/ taking down, taking old unserviceable joint kit and re-fixing cable complete.

Material and labour for heat shrikable type multishrink brand LT kit for 1100 V XLPE cables of size 95-300 sqmm 3.5 core straight through joint complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing Cable Jointing Kit for 11 00V grade earthed cable for outdoor type end termination cold shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated, screened, armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3 core incl opening cable connections/ taking down, taking old unserviceable joint kit and re-fixing cable complete.complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
