Taking up CI/DI water mains 150 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends (CI pipe line burning out lead joints for recovering lead) for removing blockage and damaged pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per description of Srl item No 04 here in before but 200 mm bore.

Laying of old CI/DI pipes 150 mm bore, pipes here-in- before with spigot and socket ends in new or old position in any length including specials fittings like bend, Tee, socket, elbow, branch piece etc. laid in trenches/surface after cleaning of inner surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old servicable pipes retrieved by taking up existing pipes .shall be reused.

All as per description of Srl item No 06 here in before but 200 mm bore.

Supply and laying in trenches or on walls/ pillars centrifugally cast Ductile iron pipe (spun) 150mm dia class K7 in any length including special fittings like bend, tee, socket, elbow, branch piece etc with & including rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The unit quoted rate shall include the cost of fittings like bend, tee, socket, elbow branch piece etc and joint.

M&L for cutting to existing CI/DI distribution pipe line of size 200mm bore in situ for addition / altration, branch connections and insertion of Tee, including necessary earth work all as specified and as directed. Note : Tee and connected fittings for branch connection shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L CI/DI fittings upto 150mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tappers (any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee , single branch, Y junction, double branch, connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, Collars, Caps and plugs etc for connection to existing pipe line all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 11 here in before but 200 mm bore.

Supply and fixing in repairs of cast iron flanged ends sluice valve suitable for 150 mm dia pipes conforming to IS - Class PN - 1.6 with MS nuts, bolts, washers etc, including taking out/ dismantling old unserviceable one and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 13 here in before but 200 mm bore.

M& L for dismantling of existing Valve pit of any size and construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 105cm x 105cm x 105 cm (internal dimensions of chamber) built in cement mortar 1:4, Plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and including 15mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar and plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix), type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, 50mm thick, complete including MS sheet cover with locking arrangement including lock size 112x112cmx 3 mm thick fixed to angle frame 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron, MS handle to sheet cover, with 15 cm same angle four sides for grouting in PCC for cover, two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including removal to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
