Preparing black top surface (in patches) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaces water round macadams and laying bituminous premix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder(Paving Bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laying spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller complete, all as specified and directed Note :-(a) Material for premixed carpet and sand seal coat shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. Material and labour for preparation of WBM/unsurfaced sufaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10) and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bitumenous SDAC will be got done from approved Lab. (c) The pemix carpet shall be laid with machenical paver.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content of 4% (paving bitumin VG-30) by weight of total mix, using coarse aggregate grading 2 (upto 40mm size) rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller including preparation/cleaning of surfaces complete, all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes of depth, not exc 30mm area not exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-30), binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and Labour for preparaton of bituminous surfaces of roads and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacture's instruction complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground leveling including removal complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour continuous brick edging, with equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B of old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor etc. etc complete, all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with Grey Cement and pignent any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 grade over 25 mm thick Sand filing under floors or in foundations including spreading & leveling complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour chequred cement concrete 30cm x 30cm x 25cm set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floorswith grey pigment cement on 15 mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear spans, cills, steps, seismic and toher similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parpets and railings upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete, all as specified and directed.

supply and fixing in replacement for solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x 100x 20mm with PMMA sttiplens reflector of model No DA 972 or equivalent to list of make as aprproved GE fixed with and including MA stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions etc complete, all as specified and directed.
