M&L for Cast iron Nahani trap 100 mm dia with long arm not less than 450mm including CP grating fixed to Nahani trap with cement mortar 1:3 and jointing to waste pipe with and fixing in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) all around the nahani trap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water pipes(any size or pattern incl all fittings ,heads,shoes,bends,swan necks,etc complete all as secified and directed

S&F 110mm PVC (SRW) pipes single socketed, in any length jointed with solvent, laid trenches or in floors as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm PVC (SRW) pipes single socketed, in any length jointed with solvent, fixed to walls as specified and directed.

S&F holder battern clamp 100 mm dia of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) S/P trap with long arm S or P trap so that joint is avoided white/ivory including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe CP 32mm dia and incl. plastic seat cover as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc, and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and taking down existing of any description/size complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes of 150mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) including demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, taking out from trenches and removing the debries outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes of 200 mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) including demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, taking out from trenches and removing the debries outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning the existing underground sewage pipe line of exceeding 200mm bore up to and including 600mm bore at any depth by rodding manually as required at site (in foul condition) from manholes and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials form connecting manholes deposited in lines removing the solids and sludge through closed container to outside MoD land as directed (being contractor property) at their own cost and the cost the removal shall be included in this rate etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/ floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as directed. Note :(i) This item includes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved, up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. (ii) In case the blockage reoccurs in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repetitive cleaning.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 metre in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 metre,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil incldg. necessary returning filling complete as directed, upto a lead of 250 metre complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

All as per Serial item No. 26 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr depth and left upto 3 meter.

All as per Serial item No. 26 here in before but exceeding 3 mtr and not exceeding 4.50 mtr depth and lift upto 4.50 meter.

M&L for use & waste of timbering as planking and strutting for excavation in trenches in soil, including wales, struts, open poling boards, etc, as may be necessary and fixing and removal exceeding 3.00m but not exceeding 5m deep complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, aligning & Installation of factory made Precast circular reinforced concrete (M-40) manholes complete with and including S.F.R.C. cover (heavy duty, HD-20 grade designation),conical top (Top portion) of internal dia 0.56 metre at top,internal dia 1.5 metre at bottom1.30 metre internal depth and bottom solid cylindrical portion 0.30 metre deep, with wall thickness of 200mm Type-III manhole conforming to I.S. 12592, collector for DWC inlet 150/200, DWC outlet 150/200 pipes & future pipes connecting arrangements all as specified and shown on drawing no.SK-1054 Sheet 3/3 . The manholes shall be precast with M-40 concrete grade building in with end caps where shown or necessary, including cost of all materials labours and T&P incl Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS :10910 on 12mm dia bar conforming to IS :1786 having minimum cross section as 23X25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactures permanent identification marks to be visible even after fixing including fixing in manhole complete all as directed and specified. Including PC 1:2:4 type B-1 benching at the base of manhole of size 200m x 650mm.

All as per item no. 31 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth of manhole type-III but depth more than 1.3 metre upto 6 metre complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement .The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 1.3 metre top portion. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increase in depth for each manhole beyond 1.5 metre depth top portion. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.

M&L PCC in surface channels,benching in sewers,drains etc type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes complete all as specified and directed

S&F reinforced precast cement concrete manhole/drain covers of size exc 0.12sqm but n exc 1.00 sqm and thickness not less than 50mm and shape of square/rectangular /circular fixed and set in cement mortar 1:3 in position complete all as specified and directed. Note : For measurement purpose it will be measured in cubic meter.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending, spirally , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes)

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending, spirally , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.
