Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or covered or plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All per Ser item No 7.00 above but except bricks.

M&L for taking down cement plaster from ceilings & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazzo / kota stone etc. any type of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&Lfor preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down & refixing of steel Shutter in same opening by necessary repairs/ welding, of any description exc 2 sqm nexc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) in roof, floors, other than ground floors beams, stairs, landings, chajjas, sunken areas and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of facia, parapet, slab edges, projection bottom etc using cement mortar (1:3) including necessary scaffolding, dubbing coat & scrapping of damaged/deteriorated plaster and concrete the surface finished fair and even upto 15 m height of bldg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar and grouted flush and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on in CM (1:6) 15 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 28.00 above but except brick tiles after cleaning.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type B0, 1:2:4, (12.5 mm stone aggregate) in roof padding laid over chicken wire mesh of size 24 SWG/ roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coats of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC on roof, fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

S&F in repair Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A to be fixed independently, without connecting plates, gusset plates etc. including bending and welding as necessary, (cut to ordinary lengths) and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint and cutting holes in structural members above ground floor withouting cutting structural steel and making horizontal support to roof slab icluding all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Shotcreting average thickness 40mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual chiesels or standard power driven percussion type or of approved make incl tapering of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per specification, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Sika / Fosroc/Pidilite or Techno commercial equivalent make Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Chipping of Plaster/Concrete Upto cover: Chipping of plaster/concrete upto cover only for making better bonding in between old and new concrete including tapering all edges upto 50mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply of rustremover to remove rust from existing reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying cement mortar 1:3 over a coat of neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and one coat of bonding agent as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for a micro concrete mixed and poured as per manufacturer specifications of thickness 40-50mm as required complete all as specified and directed.
