The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using mortar grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the maximum Dry Density, consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

Providing, Laying and compacting 225mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadom (WMM) laid in two layers Grading as per Table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreding with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as speccified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Material and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand laid over and including100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Sec - XI (Part-II), “DG SET WORKS

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of diesel engine driven eco-friendly silent generator set of capacity 40 kVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply complete including engine, alternator mounted on common base frame fabricated from steel chanel of suitable size in acoustic enclosure. Engine and alternator shall directly coupled with flexible coupling including with anti vibrating mounting pads as per manufacturer instruction/design complete with pre wired control panel and engine as per IS 10002 1981 (R 2016), Aternator as per IS:13364 part II/ ISO 3046 / BS 5514 complete with control relay automatic start on main failure AMF panel and built in fuel tank etc with incl fwg specification/ features all as specified and directed :- NOTE:- (i) Rate for PCC foundation for above mentioned capacity DG set is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) The load test for 12 hrs shall be carried out by the contractor its own cost after completion of entire work. (iii) Necessary instruments consumable stores like engine oil, DHPP, Grease etc and appliances required for carrying out test shall be provided by the contractor and cost for this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate

(a) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine of 40 KVA/ 32 KW capacity with following provision :- (i) Liquid cooling system (ii) fly wheel (iii) air cleaner (iv) Oil Pump (v) Electric starting system with heavy duty maint free battery and battery charging alternator (vi) Temp meter and oil pressure gauge (vii) Exhaust system of silent DG set shall be provided as per OEM tech (ix) Engine safety sensor ( LLOP & HWT) ; Engine protection device against low lubricating oil pressure or high temporature and over speeding of engine and emergency stop push button out side the enclosure of DG set, Electronic governor system. (b) ALTERNATOR :- Brushless Alternator having capacity of 40 KVA/ 32 KW output at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features : - (i) H class insulations. (ii) Plus/minus 1% of voltage regulation (max) in static condition. (c) CONTROL & AMF PANEL BOARD :- (i) The control panel is manufactured with 16/18 guage CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a wheather proof and long lasting finish. The control panel/AMF panel consists of Microprocessor based DES 9 electronics controller, MCCBs of suitable rating, Key switche, Push button (Starter), LED battery charging alternator fail indication, current transformer, instrument fuses, Sound proof and weather proof encosure with safety features. - MCB of suitable rating with short circuit protection - Controller which displays voltage, current, KW, PF, Frequency, KWh. - Indicating lamps for “Load On” and “Set Running” - Current transformers of suitable ratings - Copper Cables of suitable capacity with incoming and Outgoing terminations - Control fuses duly wired and ferruled (d) Platform for placing of DG set of dimensions 2 m x 1.2 m with height of 200mm above and 300 mm below GL with 150 mm hard core of stone aggregate, 100 mm thick sub base of PCC 1:5:10 & 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type 'B' as in floor finish smooth with one brick thick in outer wall in CM 1:4, plaster 15 mm thick in Cm 1:6 finished with cement based Paint including excavation and removal of surplus soil
