Supply & fix in replacement sheet metal enclosure indoor type of size (0.9x0.45x0.2) mtrsuitable to fix on wall/floor made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having independent compartments suitable for single phase energy meters and MCB provided with front hinged shutters with lockable arrangements and clear glass to visualize the meter reading without opening the compartment with sufficient working space in compartment prewired with single core PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wire of suitable size from bus bar to meter compartment 02 Nos duly crimped with copper thimbles, duly powder coated complete all as specified and directed and consisting with the following :- (a) Bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4 x 200 Amps rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulators in independent compartment having front openable shutter - One set. (b) MCCB, four pole, 415 volts, 100 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable Overload setting Ir = (0.8 to 1.0)xIn - One No. (c) MCB TPN, 63 Amps, 10 KA C-Curve - 02 Nos. (d) Multifuction meter(0-500) Volts with inbuilt selector switch - One set. (e) Indicator Lamps LED in Red in Red/ Yellow/ Blue colour - One Set of Three. Note : Existing meters shall be removed & refixed in panel by contractor and rates are deemed to be inclusive.

M&L in repairs sub main wiring with PVC insulated cable copper conductor FRLS two single core 6 Sqmm drawn through existing conduit including earth continuity FRLS copper conductor 6 Sqmm PVC insulated with green insulation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 04 but drawn through and including new PVC rigid non metallic conduit concealed in walls complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumimium conductor of size 6 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed incliding taking out existing cable.

Materials and Labour in repairs for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repairs for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lighthing conductor,25mmx4mm GI strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/Porcelain insulators etc or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors & down conductors etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour soldering/Welding/brazing on both sides (over lapping) to the GI strip of any size as earthing lead including dismantling the old from the existing position/equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments and reconnecting after repair/welding complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for repair of earthing pit as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009), in PCC (1:3:6) Type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia. MS bar, including demolition of existing damaged earthing pit and including necessary earthwork in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position at various/different locations funnel alongwith wire mesh and replacing existing broken/damaged items complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mmm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) metre from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed including taking out existing. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

All as per ser item No 13 here-in-before but using galvanised iron srip 25x4mm as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil compete all as specified and directed.

M & L filling dry and clean sand in trenches for cable 8 cm deep below and 15 cm above for cable cushioning compete all as specified and directed .

M&L old size sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other compete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in trenches compete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point compete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the following size including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed
