Opening up to 100KVA transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts, removing the internal H.T. & L.T. connections from studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank, draining & decanting of transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC. Checking the serviceability of all HT & LT coils. Replace the coils if requires. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, Sealing of tank if any leakage by welding, checking of HT & LT bushings, conservator tank, valve, breather assembly and repair if any leakage, refilling transformer oil and putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, fixing all bushings, connecting all HT & LT wires, reassembling, bushings, replacing gaskets of top cover, fixing top cover , testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, topping up of oil if required, dehydration of transformer oil to acheive required insulation level all as specified and directed.
Note: Cost for repair/replacement of windings shall be measured and paid under relevant item.
