Note for serial item no.1.00 to 21.00 of BoQ : The buildings shall be handed over to the contractor in stages as agreed between the contractor and the Engineer-in-Charge at any time during the currency of the contract. Soon after consumption of 50% of painting materials initially procured, the contractor shall bring remaining quantity of primer, paints & putty required for the work in sealed containers along with paid vouchers for verification by the JE/ Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be kept in the custody of concerned JE. The contractor should complete the works within the minimum possible time without causing any inconvenience to the users / installations.
