Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/disintegrated soil in any type of soil all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with sand for plaster to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 10cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : 18 cm thickness shall be reckoned for the purpose of measurement and payment.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat, laid dry with width equal to length of brick, laid across the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI pipe light grade of dia 40 mm laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying in repair LT underground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including centre gland lungs jointing materials etc..laid in trench or fixed it to wall includung connecting testing and commissioning complete for the following sizes:

(a) 10 Sqmm 2 core

(b) 10 Sqmm 4 core

(c) 16 Sqmm 4 core

(d) 25 Sqmm 4 core

Supply & fix in repair PVC sheathed 1100V grade flat 3 core stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm including conduit pipe connecting from SMC box to street light fitting Complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB, single pole, 16-32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA including dismantling old one Complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair MCB, SPN, 32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA including dismantling old one Complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in reapair MCB, TPN 40 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA including dismantling old one Complete all as specifed and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement ; Time light distribution board analog Time switch 230 volt three phase of 16 Amps rating with contactor fixed inside steel enclosure box and fixed to pole/LT Panel including clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.Make Indo-Asian cat part No TL016ABO or equivalent in Legrand/Scheneider or equivalent in makes indicated in Appendix 'B' of Particular Specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete,

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation bed and around the pole as mass concrete including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for coping around poles,including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Tightening and restringing existing loose/broken conductor (ACSR/Copper)/GI continuous earth wire any type including stringing including replacement of fresh binding wire all as required at site all as directed.

Material and labour for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of 100/80 mm bore not less than one meter below ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : for payment purpose GI Pipe 100/80 mm bore shall be considered.

Supply and fix in replacement; 50 mm bore galvanised iron pipe light grade for cable protection fixed to pole/along wall/floor/under road etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Clamps nuts & bolts etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of sch 'A'

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of PCC LT poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alteranate black and white strips of 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cutting/pruning of tree branches 1.5 m all around the LT overhead lines of span n.exc 70 m and around the pole obstruction the overhead line & removing the branches to distance n.exc 50 m to be comlete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I.Item includes cost of 7.50m earth lead wire/strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate. Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe for protection of earth wire/strip Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Attending and rectification / redressal of day to day complaints of street / security light (HPSV,MH,Flourescent tube light, T-5, LED , Flood light fittings etc. of any make) complaints received through telephone or in person and rectification of defects fixed on street light poles 9/11 m long, building walls, roof by bringing down the fittings on grond or in position including replacement of lamp, ignitor, flexible wire, reflector etc including cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, replacement of old unserviceable street light fittings with new fittings etc as required to make the light fitting functional (Vehicle, ladder, tools and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement.Note : (i) Disconnecting electrical connections, opening up for inspection and making joint inventories of defects and spaces to be replaced, re-fixing old serviceable spares and fixing new spares in item replacement reasonbling, installing and fixing against in position testing and commissioning equipment of appliances.(i) Light fitting, ballast, starter, ignitor, diffuser, cable, flexible wire and LED drive etc if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ as a supply only

(ii) Contractor shall deploy sufficient number of electricians and helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge to attend the complaints and reactify the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints, failing which a penalty of Rs. 300.00 per complaint shall be imposed on contractor besides payment of complaint shall not be allowed. Attendence record of electrician and helpers shall be maintained jointly by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor as well. A pucca bound maintainence register shall also be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor as well. (iii) Contractor's representative shall collect the complaints at complaint cell at 8.30 AM to 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of rectification of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. (iv) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract.

(v) Contractor will deposit new material to Engineer in charge for acceptance and then material will be issued by JE E/M daily based on assesment of complaints. (vi) Supply only spares (in replacement) shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Schedule 'A'. The unit rate quoted by the contractor in this item shall included for the cost of fixing all types of spares, re-fixing, minor parts such as bolts nuts, washers etc. Purchase vouchers and receipt vouchers shall be attached with the RAR and Final Bill. (vii) Each complaint shall be entered in MB mentioning complaint No, date, location, defects detected, work executed, spares replaced etc in a tabular form in the enlarged MB. (viii) Users signature shall be obtained in token of complete redressal / rectification of a complaint. (ix) Cost of minor repairs, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws etc.

All as per item No. 28 but for 16 metres height high mast lights.
