Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified.

M&L anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 400mmx400mm in floors and Skirting etc. including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 9.5 mm to 10.5mm thick 600 x 300mm size in verticle surface including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for abrasion resistant ceramic tiles , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.38 Square Metre , 9-10mm thick (square), polished, shade and colour as approved by GE , in floors etc set and including 10 mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement having scratch hardness of surface min 6 on Mohs Scall and abrasion resistance of class V complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 10mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including taking down old plaster and including prepration of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash with (paint brush /with roller ) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering / plastering 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plaster and applying 2.5mm thick one coat of wall care putty to complete surface of wall to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (With provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of interior oil emulsion paint (with roller brush ) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures for use as brick plaster and brick adhesive having minimum comprssive strength of ̴ 6N/ mm² complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Make shall be approved by GE.

Material and labour for Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures plaster 15mm thick (Average thickness) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions with and including skim coat and including necessary scaffolding as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under serial item No. 27.00 of Schedule 'A' BoQ here-in-after. (ii) The labour element for laying o Prepacked polymer modified mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several admixtures is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) The rate of providing and laying skim coat as directed by Engineer -in-charge is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iv) The rate of scaffolding is also included in this item if required at site and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surface of wall / Pillars / cornices and applying 2.5mm thick one coat of cement based wall care putty to complete surface of wall to make the surface even and smooth by using sander Machine (With provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete in lncluding dismantling/demolition of brick work or stone /boulders masonr built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) lncluding dismantling/demolition of brick work or stone /boulders masonr built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions arches pillars etc complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii)During considering the weighing of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, Aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) Glazing /Paneling shall be measured and paid seperately. (v) During the weighing of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply & fixing 5.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.5Square Metre in each pane and fixed with oil putty etc. as required or as directed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg, ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing plain fillets made from second class soft wood square, rectangular or trangular in section, clean sawn, sectional area exc 3 sqcm and n exc 6 sqcm fixed to timber frame with nails complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised, width of flap when open 30mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply & fixing drawer pulls 3 screw plate with fixed dished pull 80mm to 100mm long brass, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .
