Note : The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE as per the manufacturer Instructions: Payment will be made after providing warrnty certificate from the company.

Providing and injecting appoved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used ) modified cement slurry non shrinx compound in concrete /RCC work. made with recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of GE. Note:- The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in roofs, floors(other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab, Providing any one method as follow: Method 1 (A) - Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent , having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5.Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand).Making Gola of size 75X75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 . (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated up to 2100mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (c) Apply 12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with SmartCare Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement Method 2 (A) applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/m2, 2.5mmx2.5mm is Laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all loose materials like dust etc. With wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 2100mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. The work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Work shall be executed through specialized agency) Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from CWE before carrying out the work. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and provn of cement work is excluded from quoted rate for this item. (iii) Plaster shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately OR:- Techno commercial equivalent in Fosroc/Sika/STP

Providing plain cement concrete Type E-2, 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing ,plinth protection/path etc, laid in suitable panels not exceeding 3.00 m length finished even and smooth without using extra cement with 10mm Joints filled with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shotcreting 25mm thick in RCC coloumn, beams and slabs etc in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified charateristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 6 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criterial) in the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc with manual chisel and /or by standred power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surfaces and reinforcement with wire brushes and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical & coating with Dr fixit epoxy zinc primer @ 6 sqm/ltr at DFT of 100 microns as per specification disposal of debries for all lead and lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers of 10+5mm thick with using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified.

M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement :1/2 coarse sand 2 : stone chipping 10 mm normal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to be expose the stone chippings with using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden batterns, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden batterns, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from external/internal/ceilings surfaces/walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) .

Preparation of new/existing plastered surfaces as in ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All items as per Ser No. 25 but except bricks all as specified .

M & L for brick work in half brick thick wall using bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the permices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic light shade tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in vertical surface in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over 10mm thick cement sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic colour (light shade) joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25 mm thick for tiles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

M&L Granite 16-18 mm thick(of any type) works (table rubbed and polished) in step, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar (1:4), 20 mm thick and width not less than 600mm including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roof , floors (other than ground floor ), beams, staircase, landing,chajjas and similar suspepnded work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as in column, beam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 Nominal mix, type using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slab supported on walls,beams,lintel and columns in floors,roofs,landings,balconiies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed. (form work & reinforcement measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole set in cm (1:6) . Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
