Supply, fixing and testing of 72 Watts LED Street Light luminaire. LED Street Light shall be made up of Pressure Die Cast aluminum housing with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life. The luminaire shall be complete having efficiency 100Lm/w, available CCT 5700K, IP66 for Optical Compartment and Control Gear Compartment.The Optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety.The LED Street light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance. LED Street Light shall use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminaire. The LED Street Light shall be of Integral type. The Input voltage range shall be 150V to 270V. The LED Driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED Street Light shall have power factor more than 0.95 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 12 Watt LED lamp including testing, complete all as specified. Note for srl item No 15 to 19 here-in-above:- 1. Driver shall be potted anti-vibration types. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. 3. CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be 70. 4. CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300 K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be 100 Lm/W. 6. 10 KV separate Surge Protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. 5 years guarantee shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. 8. Lenses shall be Modular Type. 9. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 10. The defect liability period of LED light shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/repair. 11. CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. 12. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 13. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, single pole & neutral, 240 Volts, 8 Way with IP-43 IK-09 protection, double door, complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link and including cutting chases to wall for fixing enclosure and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing specifications, complete all as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCB single pole, 230 Volts, 6 to 40 Amps with repturing capacity 10 KA 'C' Curve including providing thimble for outgoing cables, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

S&F MCB single pole, 230 Volts, 6 to 32 Amps with repturing capacity 10 KA 'B' 50Hz, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure powder coated distribution board, single door 4 Way suitable for MCB fitted with bus bar neutral link earth bar and din rail single phase 240volts and neutral confirms to IS 13032-1991, complete all as required at site and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/on wall/on pole/in duct/through protection pipe, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty LT cable, 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core size. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick cover and protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including suitable clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts , washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connecting single core FRLS PVC insulated copper stranded cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for street lights/flood lights passing through pole holes/GI pipe/PVC conduit to junction box and connected electricallu including taking down old unsv wire any type and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles of 9.50 metres long, type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, goose neck bracket, finial taper plug , bolt, nuts & screws as specified and painting internal surface with anti-corrosive paint and external surface painting up to 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide over a coat of red oxide primer and remaing portion with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal/coping including necessary weathering and form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply and fixing bracket for street light fitting made out of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.5 mtr long each bent to required shape & size as directed by EIC & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 25X4mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts & washer and painting of clamps and street light fitting brackets with one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed of pole mounted street light factory fabricated junction box of size 300 x 160 x 250 mm of approved make and of appropriate size made out of 2 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet , including63A ,Three Phase four wire having four no.AL Bus Bar including 6A SP MCB. The box should have auto Door Lock facility with magnetic Lock having Sizehaving Size box fixed on pole using necerssary fixing arrangement such as clamps,nut,bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically and testing of street light panel box complete in replacement with Astronomical timer ,contactor rating 65 Amp, MCB 63 A TPN complete for mounted made out of CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick, powder coated, having provision for Astronomical Timer, Contactor, Toggle switch, SP MCBs and MCCBs etc. having self closing door lock complete with fixing clamps or mounting arrangement all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.
