Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour sheet reinforcement with MS square tube all as specified, in built fixed to wall with CSK screw 100 mm long, screw holding strength of PVC frame Shall be 200 Kgf ,fixing shall be done with anchor screw ( 150 mm x 8mm) with PVC Nylone SLEEVE fixed with screw including taking down with existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- During Fixing of chowkhat, surface Shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster ,similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

Factory made PVC Flush door of 33 to 35 mm thick overall thickness comprising of 19 SWG MS tube of size 19 x 19 mm (19 gauge) covered with 7 mm Thick Prelame any design ( As approved) Coloured Sheet on Both Side. Core shall be filled with 19 mm to 20 mm thick PVC solide Board, including taking down with existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated

Factory made fully glazed/wire gauge (single piece Both side) PVC prelam door shutter 33-35 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of size 19mm x 19 mm (19 gauge) for top and bottom rails and 19mm x 19 mm (19 gauge) in styles.Single Pieces plain coloured PVC sheets 5mm thick to be used to cover styles and rails.PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain coloured PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottem rail.Panel will be wire gauges and tighten firmly and fitted as per manufactures instructions including Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.25 mm to 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm to 2mm and Aluminum HPM in rhombus shape, in one Piece from top rail to bottom rail including taking down with existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
